A/N: Ok so like the summary said this is Ian apologizing to Amy. It might be a little OC, but bear with me.
Ian's POV
"Amy, please, listen to me!" I begged.
"Listen to what Ian? You tried to kill me and Dan multiple times! Why would I listen to you?"
"That was mu-Isabel! Natalie and I wanted out." I tried to explain.
"Oh really? How can I believe that? You lied to me before, how can I trust you now?" Amy screamed. She had tears running down her face.
Great Ian, real great. You finally get to see her after 3 years and now you made her cry.
"Please love-"
She turned on me, her eyes red from crying.
"Don't. Call. Me. Love. Cobra." With that, she broke back into tears and disappeared into a tavern with loud music pouring out from it, across the street.
Well played Ian. All you wanted to do was apologize. Where did you go wrong?
I tried to think back, but I couldn't remember anything up until Amy yelled at me.
Why?
Shaking my head, I walked across the street to the tavern Amy went into.
I looked around and saw a band playing music in the back, people playing pool, and people talking over tall glasses of alcoholic drinks. But no Amy.
Lovely.
I turned around to leave but, heard someone sniffling. I turned back and saw Amy sitting at a table. She looked like she would rather be anywhere but here. Especially since she spotted me.
I took the seat across from her. Amy began to get up, but I grabbed her wrist and pulled her back down.
"Please, just listen to me!" I begged.
"Just…leave me alone." She said wearily. She tried to get up again and I let her.
All of a sudden I went up to the band playing and grabbed the microphone.
"Do you know 'The Reason'?" I asked the musicians.
They nodded and began to play. I began to sing….

I finished the song and found Amy in the back, smiling at me.
Everyone clapped, but I ignored them and made my way towards her.
"Did you mean it?" She asked.
"Of course, it's what I've been trying to tell you all night."
I stepped closer and cupped her face.
She put her arms around my neck.
"Ian?"
"Yes love?"
"I forgive you." She whispered and closed her eyes.
I leaned in….
Suddenly I was lying face down on the floor in my bedroom.
Natalie kneeled down next to me with her phone out.
"Ian, that's the sixth time you've had that dream. Call her."
