Title: It Suits You
It has been a week since the battle against Arceus and Team Rocket Executives. Crystal is in holiday from her research work. It wasn't Crystal who asked for that. But Professor Oak himself let her to take five from her work for 2 weeks. Yeah, someone like her deserved that. Not to mention she did her best on capturing pokemon, completing pokedex even fighting villains like Masked Man, Guile Hideout or Team Rocket Executives. Crys spent her holiday by busying herself at Earl Dervish's Pokemon Academy.
"Okay, I have to go home! See you again!" Said Crys to the kids.
"Bye-bye Crystal-neesan!"
"Bye oneechan!"
As Crystal walked home, she looked the sky, noticing how peace Johto is in her mind. Then recalled the battle with Arceus and team Rocket. Also what Gold was about to comment about her clothes. For her, he only wanted to laugh her look on that new clothes. That's why she avoided Gold since then, to prevent being laughed. While walking, Crystal spaced out and didn't see where she was walked. Until she bumped into someone. He caught her arm as she was about to fall.
"I'm sorry, I wasn't-"
Much to her surprise, the person she ran into is...
"Go-Gold! What are you doing here?"
"Huh, I just take a walk from Newbark town. What a coincidence to meet you here." He said. Then his face was slightly red and scratched his own cheek with his finger, "And Crys, that clothes-"
But Crystal ran away from him before he finished his sentence. Why? It is because she is wearing that clothes (HGSS clothes). This morning, her mother caught her before leaving and forced her to wear her new clothes. She never wanted to wear it in the first place. She was afraid if Gold was laughing her for wearing that clothes. "Hey, Crys! Wait up! I just want to say-"
However, Crystal kept running away from Gold. She went to route 32. Gold still cannot stop her from running. Surprisingly, Crystal ran a little faster than usual. After that, Crystal went to Union Cave. However, she was attacked by some wild Zubat. Hearing her scream, Gold hurried to find Crystal. When some of Zubat fired Poison Sting, he defended her. He received some scratches, but he poisoned.
"Gold?!"
"You moron! Going into the cave alone and attacked by a wild pokemon," he picked some of his pokeballs. "Let me handle this! Exbo, use Lave Plume! Aibo, use Double Hit! Togebo, use Double Edge!"
After the group of Zubat defeated, Gold is badly injured and so his pokemon. Crystal has her Parasect to heal Gold's poison and first aid kit to care his wound. "Geez, how many times have I told you to not doing anything reckless!?"
"It suit you,"
"Huh, what are you-"
"That clothes suits you." Gold repeated as he averted his eyes to other way and blushed. Crystal silences while blushing. She continued treat his injure with silence.
"Tha-thanks Gold."
Hearing his compliment, she won't have nothing to embarrassed about to wear the clothes she's wearing.
After treating his wound, they're going back to Violet city.
"Hey, I just remember! Today, in Violet city, they have a festival. Wanna go together?" he asked on their way to violet city.
"But,"
"It's fine. C'mon you need to take a breather for a while!" Gold pulled her hand. He grinned to her, "right?"
Crystal smiled to him then replied, "Yeah!"
Finally, I able to finish this fanfiction! As you see, I made this fanfiction because I was too much reading HGSS chapter. (I don't know why I write this fanfiction.) I intended to make them a little tsundere (as in my point of view) but... it turned out like this at the end.
