Dean stared, shook his head, stared again.

"How did this happen?!" Green eyes narrowing, he turned and glared at his brother. Sam's head was bowed, unable to look at him. "You TOLD me this would never happen again, Sam! You promised me!"

"I-I know" Sam mumbled, voice heavy with misery. "I'm so sorry, Dean..."

"Sorry?! You're SORRY?!" Dean held up his favorite pair of jeans, now covered with huge patches of faded denim. "What am I supposed to do with THESE?!"

"Um, wait for Acid-Washed Jeans to come back in style?"

"Next time," Dean growled, "leave the laundry to me!"
