Lindsay stood with her mouth hung open in awe as she listened to one of the Lab techs compare the video quality of the security camera footage to the Blair Witch Project movie. She blinked several times as he went into further detail about how the second movie, "the one with a actual plot", was much better.
She felt herself nod in agreement when he said "And that chick Erica, she looked like the girl that was in Foxfire with Angelina Jolie, but I can't remember her name". She smiled when he blushed and stammered his way through "there was another girl in that movie that looked a little like you, not Angelina, I think her name was Matty or something, she took her shirt off." Seeing her eyes go big he finished with "not that I'd ever picture you naked or anything. OH! Not that your not hot or anything..."
Finally he stopped, took a long pause and just as Danny entered the lab he said, "Hi, umm, I'm Adam Ross. Most people just call me Adam, but Danny calls me..."
"Cupcake" chimed in Danny as he placed a file in Lindsay's hands. "Come one Montana, Mac wants you to tag along to Brooklyn with me, kinda show you around a bit." And with that Lindsay was whisked away with a mutual wave to Adam.
She was still smiling as he buckled her seatbelt and Danny looked at her and said "In a perfect world, you would have met Sid before Adam, that way Adam looks twenty times more adorable."
Lindsay giggled and said "I think geeks are adorable." As they were driving out of the parking garage one thing nagged at her. "Who's Sid and when do I get to meet him?"
