Finally after so many years of waiting Sasuke had returned, and Naruto was happier than ever before. Sakura and Kakashi had left for the hidden sand village a day and a half ago whilst Naruto had stayed to train with the pervy Sage, this meant it was just the two of them for the next five days.
"SASUKEEE!" Naruto ran towards the northern entrance, a grin was planted on his face showing just how joyous he was for sasuke's return. Sasuke stood, waiting for Naruto to reach him.
A grin ran over his face as well… "Well hurry up then, Naruto, or I'll leave you behind"
"Hey don't be like that, come have some ichiraku ramen with me, my shout. I bet you're hungry Sasuke"
"I am not yo-" and just before Sasuke could finish his sentence a huge growl came from his stomach "we-well I guess if it's on you…"
The two of them walked through the town, glistening orange light flooded through the village. Naruto glanced at Sasuke and noticed the way the light shone on him, to Naruto he looked like an angel.
"Hey sasuke come here, I need to tell you something" Sasuke went a little closer as naruto's lips mouthed a secret.
"What? I can't here you"
Naruto groaned "well come closer then you dummy" Sasuke moved in closer
"Don't call me a dummy" he only just heard Naruto's barely there words
"I love y-" Sasuke pulled him in closer, holding Naruto tightly up against his body, the warmth of the sunshine flowing over the two boys. Sasuke pressed his lips against Naruto's, gently parting his lips, and Naruto held Sasuke tightly. The kiss was long and passionate, and tasted of pork ramen. When it ended Sasuke blushed immensely.
"I, umm, I'm sorry I just, I've wanted to do that for so long"
Naruto grinned, he grabbed Sasuke's hand and pulled him along behind him, they fumbled up the stairs and in the dim lighting of the fresh night, they entered Naruto's house and as quietly as mice found their way to the bedroom, flopped onto the bed and pulled up the covers. Their legs were intertwined and their hands were gently intertwined, the moon glimmered in lighting the room perfectly for the moment. As the two of them looked into each other's eyes and Sasuke had nearly fell asleep Naruto whispered "And this is what I've wanted to do for a long time, Sasuke" Naruto fell asleep shortly after and Sasuke had a beautiful, genuine smile on his face. His eyes opened gently, very briefly and he smiled just a little more looking at the picture on Naruto's bedside of him, Naruto, Sakara and Kakashi-sensei from all those years ago.
