"Um... oops?" A very sorry looking Beast Boy tried, as his teammates glared at him as they stood in front of the smouldering ruins of their once beautiful tower.
"Not cool, man. Not. Cool." Cyborg complained, crossing his arms over his chest. "Seriously, using me to charge your DS?"
The green changling cringed. "How was I supposed to know that would happen?" He tried to defend himself.
"Cyborg is our friend, Beast Boy." Raven admonished. "Not a machine you can just use for whatever."
"I'm SORRY, okay?" Beast Boy cried. "I didn't know it would happen! I just couldn't find an outlet and my DS was about to die and I just thought..."
"More like you didn't think!" Robin shouted.
"FRIENDS! Enough of the fighting!" Starfire cried. The four other Titans stopped arguing and turned to look atthe pink-haired alien.
"Sorry, Star." Robin apologized, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Yeah, sorry." The Cyborg and Beast Boy echoed, while Raven made a sound that might have been apologetic.
Star sighed and landed gently, having flown up into the air when she screamed. "I do not wish for us to fight. Yes, it was wrong from Beast Boy to plug his game into Cyborg, but that is no reason for us all to scream at one another like enemies!"
The other four looked at one another. "I can find the blueprints," Cyborg offered. "They're in my memory banks somewhere."
"I'm pretty good with a hammer." Robin said.
"I can fetch tools and hold nails." Beast Boy suggested.
"I can get the materials." Raven mumbled.
Starfire grinned from ear-to-ear."Glorious!" She cheered. "But, perhaps, a small change of decor is in order?" She suggested, almost meekly.
"Good idea, Star." Beast Boy agreed.
Cyborg nodded, "Yeah, I suppose it is time to change it up a bit."
Starfire, Beast Boy, Robin, and Cyborg looked to Raven.
"Rae...?" Robin began hesitantly.
The demoness sighed created a portak from her dark energy. "Let's go." The Titans stepped through, the portal closing behind them... only to find themselves in an office of sorts.
An old man with a long white beard looked up, startled. "Hello."
All right, let me set a few things straight in case there are any questions.

Robin- 14 and 3/4
Starfire- 13

Beast Boy- 11
I have no idea whether or not these ages are correct according to the show, but that's what they are in this story.
I have no idea where this happens in Harry Potter, probably somewhere around books 2 and 3.
I have never read the Teen Titans comics, so sorry if I get something mixed up.
Also, it's been a long time since I've read Harry Potter, but I remember the books so well that I almost always knows what comes next when I watch the movies, so I guess I remember them pretty well and really don't have an excuse if I mix anything up about that.
Also, if you want to know what happened to the tower, it's pretty simple. At least in my mind. Beast Boy plugged his DS into Cyborg. Cyborg sparked or something insurprise and sent the electricity down the cord for the video game he was playing, and the shock went through the TV and the whole tower and... boom.
