James: "Jump in and see."

James: "Scared?"

((laughter sounds over the lake and into the surrounding woods. water splashes as the boat rocks))
Sirius: "Hey, James, what is that?"
James: "Not again..."
Sirius: "No no, I'm serious! There's something over there..."
James: "Like what?"
Sirius: "I dunno. Right there, see it?"
James: "Oh yea..."
Sirius: "What is it?"
James: "Damn, I really don't know."
Sirius: "It's moving in the water."
James: "It's moving right this way!"
Sirius: "Oh man, pull up the poles!"
James: "It's close!"
Sirius: "Hurry up, man!"
James: "Shit, it's got my hook!!!"
Sirius: "What?!!"
James: "My hook! My hook! It's on it!!"
Sirius: "That's your gramp's pole- don't let go!!"
James: "Help me!"
Sirius: "I'll get behind you- lets pull it in!"
((lots of grunting and splashing as the small boat almost tips over twice))
Sirius: "Reel him in! Reel him in!!"
James: "I'm trying!!"
Sirius: "Damn, can't we just let it-"
James: "No, my grand dad will kill me!!!"
Sirius: "He's strong!"
James: "C'mon, pull!"
Sirius: "On three we yank him up!"
James: "Okay... One."
Sirius: "Two."
James: "Two and a half."
Sirius: "James!!!"
James: "THREE!!"
((lots more grunting and splashing, then silence))
James: "......?"
Sirius: "Um..."
James: "This was the big monster fish?"
Sirius: "It looked bigger in the water."
James: "The big, powerful thing?"
Sirius: "The current was against him."
James: "Snapping jaws?"
Sirius: "Er..."
James: "It's a leaf, Sirius!!"
Sirius: "... Yea, but.... He was vicious!"
James: "Oh my god......."
Sirius: "..."
James: "..."
Sirius: "Can I keep him?"
James: ..... I'm going to throw you over now."
Sirius: "NYAAAAHHH!!!"
((sounds of something semi large falling into the water, then a second splash and more laughter))
Sirius: "AHH! Killer leaves!!!"
James: "Swim for it!!!!"
