The rain is cold, and Kisa is soaking. She is wrapped in my coat and I hope it will help. I hope I can help her the way I never really could help Yuki. I hold her close and walk to Sensei's house.
When she speaks I hold her and she hugs me back.

After Momiji finishes telling me the reason he isn't allowed to see his sister, he ducks his head down. I reach over and lift his chin and touch the tears on his face. Then I pull Momiji onto my lap and hold him.

Shihan is a good father. Many people know this. I lived in his house for only three months, so I doesn't know him as well as Kyou, or even Kagura do, but when it gets to be too much I go to the Dojo and train and drink tea and talk.
