Well….my friend told me I should stop writing Naruto fics, and do others, like bleach. I promised I would, and then she said I should do one on Tsubasa too, since I rant about it so much.

Sometimes, when he looks in her eyes, he's afraid.
He's scared out of his mind, but he can't say anything. The words are stuck in his mouth.
He remembers when he first saw Sakura's eyes. They gleamed. They sparkled. They basked in light.
What if that person has no soul?
It was wrongfully taken from her. It shouldn't have been her. Why her?
Why cute, loving, little Princess Sakura?
Her eyes are empty. They shouldn't be. They should be bright, and reflect her soul.
When Sayoran looks in her eyes, he's afraid.
They're nothing.
They're empty.
They're gone.
Her soul has left, scattered all over.
So he searches.
He looks everywhere for her soul, but like water, it is near impossible to catch and hold for long.
He has looked in the mirror, and sees the fire. The fire that burns. Like the old man (he won't admit it, but he's terrible at faces that he stays with for less then a month) said.
Sometimes, he catches her reflection, and wonders if she knows as well.
If she knows that her eyes are that of a demon.
If she knows that her eyes have no soul.
Nobody knows, so he relentlessly looks.
Kurogane thinks that it's stupid, but agrees that it is a noble search. He doesn't know.
Fai thinks it's cute, if that's what he really thinks. He doesn't know.
Sakura doesn't know. She can't know, or else she'll forget again.
Maybe, just maybe, the witch knows, but he's not sure.
None of them know, and he doesn't want anyone to know.
They all think it's for her, but it's not.
It's for him.
It's the same reason why he stands in the rain, just standing there, letting it flow over him.
It's so he'll never see those demon eyes again.
Never again.
