"Hey guys" Spencer said as her and Toby walked in the Brew to find Aria, Hanna, and Emily.
Hanna called Spencer to meet up at the Brew. She also said to bring Toby along…
"We have some important news to tell you guys…" Emily said nervously as she looked down. "Why did you guys ask Toby to come?" Spencer asked them. "This mostly includes him." Aria said trying not to make eye contact. Toby and Spencer exchanged confused and nervous glances. "Well what happened?" Toby asked.
"Toby is cheating on you Spencer!" Hanna exclaimed.
Toby stared at them in shock. Then he looked at Spencer, who was in shock too. He looked at Hanna, and she just glared an evil eye at him. He looked at Emily, then Aria. They looked up at him and Spencer. "What?!" Spencer exclaimed, breaking the silence. "Toby would never cheat on me! He loves me!" Spencer scooted closer to him and resting her head on his shoulder. Toby put an arm around her, still shocked. "I would never cheat on Spencer." he said calmly.
"Why would you accuse Toby?!" Spencer exclaimed, clearly angry.
"This morning we were talking to Jason and he said that he stopped by Toby's apartment to drop of a tool, and he said he heard moaning so he left." Aria said, still looking down, not wanting to look at Toby. "And Aria said that she heard a bed squeaking when she left from Ezra's." Emily said playing with her coffee cup. "Toby was clearly doing it with someone because Spencer wanted to wait!" Hanna exclaimed, while glaring madly at Toby.
Spencer and Toby looked at each other. "You didn't tell them yet?" Toby asked, facing Spencer. "You knew about this and you're still with him?" Aria said while looking at Spencer. "Well actually…." Spencer started. "I was in bed with Spencer" Toby finished, looking down. Spencer looked up at them smiling. They were all shocked. "Oh my god Toby we're so sorry" Hanna said quickly. Toby looked up and smiled as he pulled Spencer closer. "Why didn't you tell us Spencer?!" Emily asked. "Yeah I thought you told them" Toby looked at Spencer. "Well it's not exactly something you blurt out suddenly" Spencer responded. "Again we're so sorry Toby" said Aria. "Its fine" Toby said and smiled. "Um...well I'm gonna go get ready for a job interview…see you guys later. Bye Spence" He stood up and leaned down do give Spencer a quick peck on the lips.
"Why didn't you tell us you and Toby did it?!" Aria yelled at Spencer. "You made us accuse him of cheating!" Emily followed. "I'm pretty sure he hates us now" Hanna said looking down. "Well I was planning to tell you guys but you guys didn't give me a chance too." Spencer said. "Now I'm going to go upstairs to apologize to Toby. See you guys later." "Tell him we're super sorry!" Emily said.
Spencer ran up the stairs hoping to catch Toby in time. She took the spare key Toby had hidden under the mat and unlocked the door. She ran in to find Toby sitting at the table. "Hey I thought you were getting ready." Spencer said as she took off her coat. "I lied" Toby said blankly. "What's wrong?" she said walking over to him, then taking a seat. "Were you ashamed?" Toby said looking hurt. "Of sleeping with me?" Spencer took his hand. "No way Toby! I just didn't get a chance to tell them yet. Sorry." He hugged her. She kissed him.
"I love you" she smiled as she pulled him back into a hug. "I love you too." Toby replied
