Disclaimer: If I owned Harry Potter would I be writing this? I don't think so. However Phoenix and the plot are mine alone.

Setting: A random bar, five years after Hogwarts. In the middle of the war.

A/N: The POV changes a lot.

Who's To Say?

Normal POV

Harry sat down and ordered a fire whiskey. After his second one he noticed the person next to him was looking directly at him. Phoenix's POV He turned towards me with a frown asking, "What do you want?"

"You're the Harry Potter."

"I'm so sick of people saying that. It's not that big of a deal."

"Sorry," I say turning to face that bar.

Harry's POV

'You are so stupid a beautiful girl just talked to you and you snapped at her.'

"Hey," I say turning her chair to face me. "I'm really sorry."

"It's okay," She says flashing me a gorgeous grin.

"It's just with the good side losing nowadays…" I started.

Phoenix's POV

"Who's to say what's good and what isn't? Voldemort thinks what he's doing is good and so do you. Who's to decide who's really good?" I interrupt him.

"What's it to you," He snaps (again).

"My parents are death eaters, but I support the light side. I'm tired of everybody saying who's good and who's evil. Just because someone has a different lifestyle doesn't make it wrong."

Harry's POV

'She has a good point, and you know it.'

"I guess you're right, but that doesn't mean I'm going to stop fighting him. I can't."

"I'm not asking you to. I'm just asking you to stop labeling everything. It gets old," She says with a slight grin. She hands me a piece of paper, "Here's my address. I'm not trying to get a relationship out of this, I see that you're engaged," She gestured to my ring finger. "You just look like you could use someone to talk to every now and then."

A/N: I know it's very short but that's how I want it. This was a one shot, but if I get enough reviews asking for a sequel I'll put one up (say around 10?). Please don't be too harsh. This was my first try at a Harry Potter fic. Although constructive criticism is welcome.
