"Maybe someday when you're all grown up."

"Gojyo, I want to enjoy sleeping in a warm bed tonight."
"And what's better than an extra warm body?"
"Gojyo..."
"Hakkai, I know you're in heat. I can smell it on you."
The former teacher looked at his friend in shock. "Y-You can?"
"Yeah. Trust me, you'll feel a lot better if you just go pick up a chick."
"Gojyo, I assure you I won't."
"Look, I'm just tryin' to help."
"I appreciate that, but just leave things as they are, please?"
"Fine. Have it your own way." The hanyou left and headed for the nearest bar.

About 10 minutes later, another man entered Hakkai's room. "I thought I heard that kappa in here," Sanzo stated.
"You did," Hakkai admitted.
"What'd he want?"
"Me. To go to a bar with him."
"What did you tell him?" the monk asked, getting closer.
"To leave me alone." Hakkai leaned into the other man's kiss.
Sanzo was always a bit rough, but the other didn't mind. Given the monk's personality, Hakkai would have been surprised if the man wasn't.
"Nnn, Sanzo... More..."
"More?"
And so it would begin, not ending until the moon was high in the sky, shining in the window, watching over the two lovers.

In the morning, Hakkai was always careful to make sure the other two didn't come in the room. They'd just have to open the door to smell the aftermath of their activities. Luckily, he was an early riser anyhow.
"Gojyo, Goku," the brunette woke the other two males. "If you would please get up, Sanzo would like to leave soon."
"Ugh," the kappa grumbled. "Why do we always gatta get up at the ass crack of dawn?"
Goku sleepily stretched and headed for the bathroom.
"Oh, but Goyjo, look at it. Isn't it beautiful?" the former teacher asked.
"I'm sure I'd find it beautiful too if I had spent the night with the man I love."
Hakkai spun around to face the other. "Gojyo?"
The kappa tapped his nose. "Don't worry about it, man. It's not your fault he went for you instead."
"Gojyo..."
"I guess I just wanted you to know how lucky you are." Goku stumbled back in and started to get dressed.
"Ah. Well, thank you Gojyo, but I was already aware."
"Don't go forgettin'."
"I won't."
Goku looked up. "Forget what?"
