Summary:

Austin and Ally Moon are happily married with a five year old son, Ashton. Austin is being offered a World Tour but when he is accused of impregnating a woman will his tour be cancelled and will his marriage withstand the accusations (slight au).

Ally drummed her index fingers against the steering wheel of her black Land Rover, singing along to the radio as she waited for the light to turn green. She was currently on her way to pick up her five year old son, Ashton James Moon from school.

As Ally pulled into the parking lot of Kingsley Academy, she reached down to retrieve her passion fruit tea from the cup holder taking a sip of it before cutting off the ignition, and grabbing her purse. She carefully gets off the car avoiding getting her heels stuck in one of the open cracks of the pavement.

Ally made her way towards the door pulling it open and turning around making sure it shuts behind her.

"Good evening, Mrs. Moon. Head on in." greeted a redhead at the reception desk. Along with a brunette who was typing on the computer while talking on the phone.

"Evening ladies" she flashed them a smile, taking off her ray ban sunglasses hooking them to her black tank top which was under her buttoned up red and black plaid long sleeve which she left unbuttoned.

She turns towards the hall, her red heels clicking against the hardwood floor making her way past different classrooms.

It was contemplated of course, which school would be right for Ashton. Now that Austin is a world wide music sensation, with his fifth album hitting platinum, they thought that a private school would be best.

Ally stopped in front of room 103, she knocked on the door before pushing down on the handle and pulling it towards her.

Walking inside, she catches the attention of her son and other children along with the teacher.

She smiled politely before looking at Ashton she couldn't resist but smile widely before kneeling down with open arms for her three year old who was running towards her and embracing her in the biggest hug his small hands could handle.

"Hi mommy!" She stood up her son still in her arms.

"Hey baby, are you ready to go?" Ally asked running her fingers through his dark brown hair, kissing his forehead lightly before placing him back onto the floor.

"If you hurry we can go visit daddy in the studio" Ally bribed knowing he would never turn down a visit to the studio.

He didn't respond he just ran towards his cubby retrieving his backpack and his artwork. Ally couldn't help but laugh softly at how excited Ashton was to go see Austin.

She grabs ahold of his tiny hand as they made their way back down the hall and out the school.

Outside she recognizes a bunch of men with their cameras, Ally let out a sigh as she opened the car door. That's one of the downs of being a celebrity is having to deal with paparazzi following you everywhere, their cameras blinding you and pestering you with questions.

"What's that buddy?" Ally referred to the painting with her hand that was in his, opening the car door, and helping him onto the car seat.

"Look! I can't wait to show daddy!" He turned it over to show a drawing of Austin onstage.

"Whoa! Buddy, It's amazing! Daddy's gonna love it." She gushed, clicking the straps of the seat belt of his car seat in place before shutting the door to get into the driver side, closing the door once she's inside.

Ally tugged on her seat belt clicking it in place, putting her key into the ignition starting up the car.

"How was school?" Ally asked taking a glance back to see if she was clear before pulling out of the parking lot once she was.

"Fun! Me and Rider made this huge fort during lunch!" he enthuses his adventure of him and his best friend. Ally laughs softly as she began her drive to Starr Records.

It didn't take them long to pull up to the security booth of the studio.

Ally reached into her glove compartment, grabbing her pass lifting it up so the security guard can see it. He nods his head, pressing the button, the barriers going up allowing her to drive through. she lifted her hand to signal a 'thank you' before parking next to Trish's Impala.

Ally could tell the excitement from Ashton when she unbuckled him from his car seat.

"C'mon bud, lets go see your dad!" She exhilarate, taking his hand and shutting the door behind.

As they were making their way towards the door, she was greeted by Trish whom was coming out of the studios main office.

"Aunt Trish!" Ash yells letting Ally's hand go to run towards her.

"Well, well, if it isn't aunt Trish's favorite godson!" Trish smiles widely bending down to pick up Ashton, attacking him with kisses. Ally couldn't help but laugh at the sight.

"Whoa, Trish! Let the boy live!" trailed a voice that belonged to none other than Dez.

Dez greeted Ally, engulfing her into a hug which she gladly returned.

Trish set Ashton back down and rolled her eyes, "Do you always have to get on my nerves?"

"No, but you are just too easy." Dez remarked walking past Trish to lift Ash, hugging him.

"Enough arguing you two," Ally laughs before adding "Is Austin still recording?"

"Yup, i think he's just finishing up, c'mon" Trish offered, opening the doors to the large studio

"Ally! Ashton it's nice to see you guys again." greeted the receptionist's apprentice.

Ally greeted back and they start to make their way down the halls, posters of every recording artist and their records plastered on each sides.

As they were turning the corner they can hear Austin's voice coming from the sound booth. Trish pushed the door open as we walked in seeing Austin rocking his head and thrusting to the rhythmic the song as he sang.

I hear it calling outside my window

I feel it in my soul (soul)

The stars were burning so bright

The sun was out 'til midnight

I say we lose control (control)

"Whoa! Mommy look! Daddy looks like a rock star!" Ashton commented with excitement as he watched his dad move.

Austin was so lost into the music he didn't notice them through the pexiglass.

"Hey Eddy, how's he doing?" Ally asks placing a hand on Eddythe guy who works on the soundboard, as she watched Austin.

"He's on fire!" He exclaimed, looking from Ally then back at Austin who was finally at the end of the song.

My life

Oo-o-o-o-o

This is gonna be the best day of my life

My life

This is gonna be, this is gonna be, this is gonna be

The best day of my life

Everything is looking up, everybody up now

This is gonna be the best day of my life

My life

Eddy pushed down at the intercom, after pressing the stop recording button to the black and grey mixing board.

"awesome job, man! I think that's a wrap"

Austin nodded signaling him an 'OK' with his hand as his eyes light up and his smile growing wider when he notices Ally and Ashton whom Dez was holding so he could get a better view.

He reached down for his water bottle on the stool and chugs it as he walked out the booth.

"Daddy!" Ashton races towards him Austin quickly lifting him up.

"Hey buddy, aww I missed you!" He hugged his son tightly before throwing his hand into his hair messing it up. Ashton gave him a face causing Austin to chuckle. He sure was his father's son.

"Hey baby." Austin smiled making his way over to Ally who was watching them with awe. He leaned down to kiss her lightly. Dez, Trish and Eddy talked among themselves.

"Hey, you sounded amazing." She says handing him a hand towel so he can wipe his sweat. He set Ashton on the floor and he ran over to Eddy and he begins to show him how he works the mixing board.

Austin chortled, taking the hand towel muttering a thank you before wiping his sweat.

"Come on daddy!" Ash yelled excitedly as he ran towards the skee ball machine with three Chuck- E-Cheese tokens.

Austin chuckled softly turning to Ally and Trish. "Welp that's my cue." He smiled getting up from the booth and pecking Ally's cheek before rushing over towards Ash whom was already putting his tokens into the machine.

Austin was walking past the wheel of fortune game when he heard his name. He quickly turned to see an attractive brunette with light green eyes; she looked in her early twenties.

"Can I have a picture?" She smiled her white teeth showing as she made her way over to him, her phone in her hand.

Austin looked over at Ash who was still attempting to roll a ball into one of the holes. He,then turned his attention back to the brunette.

"Sure." He says placing a hand on her back and smiles for the picture.

"Thank you." She smiled as she began to walk off but stopping to turn around once more and saying, "You don't remember me, do you?"

Austin grew in confusion but before he can reply Ashton ran up to him. "Daddy! Daddy look! Look! How many tickets I got!" He says excitedly referring to the few tickets in his hands.

Austin turned his attention to Ash but then looked over at the women and see she's no longer there. He just shrugged it off.

"Whoa! That's a lot! Come on buddy let's go play air hockey!" Austin smiled lifting him up to his torso, taking a glance once more before making his way towards the air hockey table.

"So when is Jace coming back into town?" Ally asked taking her attention from her two boys who were playing air hockey as she rotated her wedding ring in a circle.

"Tonight." Trish gushed, before picking at her salad.

"Bow Chicka Wow Wow!" Ally smirked, her eyebrows wiggling.

Trish's eyes grew wide as she slapped Ally's arm gently.

"Ally Elizabeth Dawson!" She couldn't help but bust out laughing.

"That's not my middle name." She says trying to stifle her laugh.

"Whatever." Trish tries not to smile brushing her off.

"Mommy! Mommy, look! How many tickets I got!" Ash yells running over to Ally.

Ally smiles leaning down to lift Ashton to sit him on her leg. He smiled excitedly showing Ally all the tickets in his hands.

"Hey, I helped too!" Austin corrected, sitting beside Ally.

Ash shook his head, "yes..you helped carry my tickets." He snickered causing Ally to laugh once more.

Austin's eyes grew shocked at his response "I think someone has been hanging out a little to much with aunt Trish." He deadpans. He looked over at the poofy ravened hair who put her hands up in defense.

"Hey, what can I say the kid learns from the best." Trish says confidently pretending to dust her shoulder.

Before Austin can respond she was cut off by the worker who was bringing their food."A large pepperoni pizza, an Italian sub and a order of cheese bread."

"Thanks." Ally thanked putting a thin slice of pizza onto Ashton's plate.

"So Austin how's preparations for the tour going along?" Ally asked, before taking a bite of her Italian sub.

"It's going amazing! I can't wait to get back on that bus. Best of all I'm gonna have you both with me." He smiled widely wrapping an arm around Ally kissing her temple.

They had spent a whole week contemplating the pros and cons of Ally and Ash. joining Austin on tour but they finally reached a conclusion that they will just home school him because Ashton needs his Austin around, he can't be away from his father for a year.

"So, Trish when does the tour kick off?" Austin asks Trish beginning to eat.

"The first concert of the tour is in 2 weeks." Trish answers taking a slice of pizza and putting cheese powder on it.

"I just need to confirm the arenas for the east coast dates" She added before eating her pizza.

Austin drove up the driveway of their two story mansion. Ally looked back to see a sleeping Ashton. She smiles and unbuckles her seat belt, getting off the car.

She walked over to open the car door and slowly began to unbuckle the straps of the car seat trying not to wake him. She carefully and slowly picked him up, his head resting on her shoulders.

Ally closes the door and follows behind as Austin unlocks the doors pushing it open and allows Ally to walk in first and closing it behind him.

"Can you put water on the stove for me?" She whispers, looking at Austin who nods and trails his way down the hall and into the kitchen.

Ally turned towards the staircase, walking up them at a slow pace. She made her way down the hall which has pictures of Austin and Ally from high school, their times in the piano, their wedding, them with Dez and Trish or Ashton's school pictures, his baby pictures, him with his both sets of grandparents, Dez and Trish with Ashton.

Once Ally got pregnant with Ashton she decided it's best to focus on raising him. She didn't necessarily quit the music business because she still is Austin's song writer. However, she sings to Ashton here and there but she isn't as a career anymore. Ally actually enjoys it better. Sure, she misses people chanting her name and being on stage but she loves being a mother and raising their son more.

Ally stops in front of the door of their son's bedroom opening it. She made her way towards the bed, pulling the sheet back and laying Ashton slowly on the bed, pulling the cover back up to cover his sleeping form.

She leans down and kisses his forehead light before whispering softly, "Good Night, baby."

Ally smiles and leans down to flip the switch to Ash's tractor nightlight. She made her way towards the door closing it slowly leaving it open just a bit. She made her way back down the carpeted hallway, down the staircase and into the kitchen.

She walked towards the cabinet above the sink to take out a mug, walking over to the boiling water to turn the stove off and cautiously pouring the water into a mug.

Ally opened the pantry taking out a herbal tea bag placing it inside the hot water. She snorts when she hears Austin yelling at the T.V.

"I take it the Kings lost?" Ally says, walking towards Austin who turned off the tv obviously irritated.m

"yes! Kopitar had an open goal with 20 seconds to tie and he shot the puck but hit the end of the goal!" He let's out a sigh.

Ally places her tea on the coaster of the coffee table and took a seat next to Austin on the couch. She couldn't help but laugh.

"Austin! It's just a game." She snorts at how serious Austin gets about hockey.

Austin didn't respond he knew that no matter how much he tried to argue Ally always won. Not that he minded. He threw an arm around her shoulders. They sat their in comfortable silence which felt like hours. Austin was the first to break it.

"Do you think you'll ever go back on stage?" Austin's blurted, looking over at Ally whom was fiddling with his thumbs.

It took her a minute to respond, she placed her chin on his shoulder to meet his gaze.

"Truthfully, I do miss being on stage and the way I felt being on there but I enjoy being a wife and a mother more." She replied giving him an honest smile, biting down on her lip before continuing.

"I had a dream and I lived it, it's more than what anyone can get. Besides, I think it's time for me to close that chapter and start a new one." She finished her gaze still connected with his.

Of course, many people still wished Ally would make a comeback, but she just doesn't see herself doing that anymore. She would rather sit at their grand piano with her husband and staying up all night just to write him a new song.

He didn't know how to respond, a part of him felt as though he's taking advantage of Ally, he's getting to live his dreams while she's giving up hers, but deep down he knew Ally always knew exactly what she wants and all he can do is support her decisions.

He simply moved his head a bit and leaning down so their foreheads were against each other's. Ally smiled, closing her eyes.

What she loved most about Austin is that he still made her heart race. He kissed her softly, lingering it before pulling away.

"Come on, let's go to bed I'm exhausted and tomorrow we have to be at Ash's hockey tournament bright and early" Ally smiles slapping her hand on his thigh as she reminded him

Austin props himself up and together they make their way through the house, making sure to lock the doors, windows, setting the alarm and turning the lights off.

Austin lazily reached over towards the nightstand grabbing his phone not even bothering to check the caller ID.

He slides his finger on the answer bar and pressed the phone to his ear.

It's not even the morning yet who can possible be calling this late?

"Hello?" Austin responded groggily with a hint of irritation, as he tried to keep his eyes open.

"Austin? It's Trish." The sound of Trish's voice caught his attention. He sat up.

"Trish it's.." He pulled the phone away from his ear so his screen can light up and his eyes squint trying to adjust to the bright light. He looked at the time before putting the phone back to his ear.

" three am." He finishes talking a glance at Ally and sees she was still sleeping.

"I know I'm sorry to wake you up this late at night but this couldn't wait. I need to talk to you it's urgent. I'm outside." From the sound of her voice he knew Trish was serious.

He started to pull the blankets off slowly, "okay I'll be there in five minutes."

He let out a sigh, propping himself up to his feet, placing his phone back onto the nightstand.

He tip-toed over towards the walk in closet and pulls his hoodie off the hanger and putting it on over his bare chest. He then, walked over to slip on his black high top Nikes.

He ran a hand through his hair as he walked out of the room, trying not to make the floor creak. He made his way down the hall and he could hear Ashton snoring softly. He reached the stairs and began to make his way down them and out to the front door, making sure to disable the security alarms.

Austin shivered when the cold air brushed against him. He pulled on the sleeves of his hoodie to pull it over his hands.

He shut the door behind him as he made his way down the pathway, noticing Trish by the fountain, seated on one of the benches.

"Okay, so what is so urgent that you had to wake me up at 3 in the morning for?" Austin questioned as he finally reached her and taking a seat besides her.

"I'm sorry, it really couldn't wait." Trish apologized turning her body so she was looking at him.

He nodded and waited for her to continue but she didn't say anything.

"Trish, come on tell me! You're starting to scare me."

"Do you know this girl?" Trish taps on the screen of her phone before handing it to Austin.

He looked at the picture and sure enough Austin recognized her.

"I don't know her but she was at Chuck-E-Cheese earlier, she asked for a picture. Why?" Austin questioned, handing Trish back her phone.

Trish hesitated for a second before responding.

"Well, she's saying that you got her pregnant."
