Prologue

Ginny secured her arms around Harry's neck as she leaned in to kiss him. Her breath became ragged, and the closer the couple's lips got to each other's the more apparent it became that this was not just a crush but a true love. It was a love that would never die, a magnificent sun that could never fade. Harry had one hand at the back of Ginny's neck, his fingers tangled in her mane of red hair; the other was on the small of her back, pushing her closer to his tall frame, keeping her locked in his passion. As there lips touched, it was like a small spark electricity triggered between them but this did not break their embrace. In fact, it urged them together, forced their two bodies to intertwine.

To Harry, there was no world beyond this kiss. For the first moment in time, he realised what mattered and what did not. Ginny was his world now, his only true meaning of life. In the pit of his stomach, he felt a sensation occur that he had not ever come across before; love. This newly found emotion purred contentedly, flooding his body with warmth, with energy. He did not even dare to think of when he would have to let Ginny go. He lived in the moment, concentrated on every second that passed him by. For a moment, he saw his future; he was with Ginny, and they had a family. They were happy together. It was at that moment that he understood, he and Ginny were meant to be, they were destined to be soul mates and today was just the beginning of a never ending happiness...
