"For someone who can see far away with the Byakugan, it's silly that you couldn't see the spider webs in front of you." he said teasingly…
But as he was saying that, he started moving his hands to reach for the spiderweb caught in her hair, to be honest, it's the perfect time for that.
You want to know what that means? Oh, it means that he will be able to touch her hair.
He always notices her hair, now that it's longer, all he could ever think of is that it's so beautiful! He's sure that it's silky and it smells incredible just by looking at it. (he's also sure that it smells nice because whenever the wind blows, he always catch a whiff of it and Naruto Uzumaki is sure as hell that he'll never get tired of smelling that scent forever.)
Well, he finally did it! (again, because whenever Hinata's not looking or when she's oblivious, he touches her hair secretly)
But now, Hinata's aware of him touching her hair. She didn't blush or anything, she just looked at Naruto because she knows that he's just trying to help her out.
When he's done removing the spiderwebs on her hair, she smiled with her eyes closed and thanked him. When she opened her eyes, she was stunned at what she saw…
Naruto, is staring at her, looking dumbfounded even, while blushing! Wait, why is he blushing anyway? Hinata tried to figure out but failed miserably, because, what could cause Naruto-kun to blush? All she did was smile and thank him…? (she does that frequently)
She asked, "Ummm, Naruto-kun, are you alright?"
Naruto, as if in a trance, snapped to attention and said "ahh… y-yes!" dammit, I stuttered! Naruto cursed himself in his mind.
Oh how the tables have turned!
Naruto is blushing because he was able to touch Hinata's hair with her knowledge and he never thought that this simple gesture would cause such a reaction! It's official, he's really in love with Hinata because of all of the simplest things, it affected him. Greatly.
