Ten Deaths
I own nothing from Harry Potter and I am only writing this because there is no law saying I can not write FanFiction. This is a paring to my fic, Slytherin Ghost, so please read that for more on the actual storyline.
Draco Malfoy died ten deaths in his sixth year.
His first death happened when he got his first letter that year from his mother. It had stated she was very lonely in the manor by herself.
Draco killed himself mentally for not being a good son and staying home to help.
His second death happened when he first tried to use the Vanishing Cabinet.
Draco killed himself mentally for following along with this plan.
His third death happened when he got a threat from the dark lord stating if it wasn't done by the end of the year, Draco and his family would die.
Draco killed himself mentally for being a coward.
His fourth death happened when Pansy said he was anorexic.
Draco killed himself mentally for not eating enough.
His fifth death happened when his aunt Bellatrix sent him a letter saying his mother was very sick.
Draco killed himself mentally for not being there for his family.
His sixth death happened when he used the Vanishing Cabinet to vanish a bird, and when it came back, the bird was dead.
Draco killed himself mentally for taking an innocent life for his own selfish purposes.
His seventh death happened when he cut his dark mark.
Draco killed himself mentally for ever taking it.
His eighth death happened when he got caught by Filch and lectured by Snape.
Draco killed himself mentally for being a child.
His ninth death happened when he went into the boy's bathroom to cry.
Draco killed himself mentally for not being stronger.
His tenth death happened when he was hit with the Sectumsempra curse.
I accidentally killed Draco.
Whenever I tell my children this, I make them swear to be nice to him when they went to Hogwarts.
They look at me and swear, and I know they'll be fine.
I always asked Draco this question every year when I came back to talk to the students.
"Do you still hate me?"
Until Al came, his answer was always yes.
After, his answer was always no.
