Her eyes scan the room, her heart racing nervously.
Knowing very soon that he will be there. The sound of applause still fresh in her mind, she waits with anticipation for the sound of her angel. For his praise and for his approval, she will bask in it and glow.

Suddenly, a tap on the glass makes her gasp. She turns and sees his face. Slowly, she rises and approaches the mirror. His piercing gaze makes her quivering heart race more as he raised his hand to touch the fragile glass. With quite sereness, she does the same; both touching the glass and each other's hands.

His eyes met her's as he pressed his head against the cool surface, and sighed, "Why must we be so far away from each other?"
"What do you mean?" she asked, bewildered, "You are right here with me."
He looked up at her, and with great sadness, said, "We are so near, so near, yet we are so far away. You in the light and me in the dark, we could each never survive in either place together."

"You are wrong, dear Angel." the young girl responded, "Tho we may be from two different worlds, we share one similar love. We share the love of two lovers fresh, and the passion of music entertwine us as one."
