"Do you know how many times I've heard that coming from you?" Lillian Garcia asked with a saddened sigh. This was like the 3rd time this week that Trish had come knocking on her hotel room door late at night, and as always, Trish would be upset and she'd crawl into bed, into Lillian's comforting arms and claim that this wouldn't happen tomorrow because she'd break up with Christian as soon as the sun rose in the morning and Lillian would usually just nod and place a kiss on Trish's cheek trusting that Trish would actually do it this time… but enough was enough….
"I'm gonna do it Lil… I really am…" Trish defended herself.
"Tomorrow right?" Lillian asked with another saddened sigh. She hated seeing Trish unhappy and it was quite obvious all Christian was doing was making her unhappy but for some reason, Trish just couldn't break the hold Christian had over her and it was driving Lillian crazy, quite possibly even more than it was Trish.
"Yeah… tomorrow…" Trish agreed, running her fingertips up the soft flesh of the arm that was currently wrapped around her waist.
"And the next day and the next day and the next day right?" Lillian added. She hated being unruly, especially when she knew Trish needed her for support but she wasn't sure how much longer she could take this.
"Lil..." Trish said hesitantly, turning to face her kinda sorta girlfriend. She loved Lillian with all her heart, she really did and that's exactly why she couldn't break up with Christian. She honestly wanted to, she wanted nothing to do with him anymore but on her first attempt to break up with him, he had brought up her budding relationship with the ring announcer she was currently intertwined with and promised that if she ever broke up with him, neither she nor Lillian would have a career in the WWE if he "accidentally" let word of their relationship slip. She wanted to tell Lillian of the threat he had made but she couldn't find it in her heart to do that either. She knew Lillian and she knew Lillian would risk anything, her job included for her... and she refused to be the cause of any loss for the ring announcer... so for now... until she found a better solution, this is how it had to be. "I really will do it tomorrow..." She assured her girlfriend, snuggling into her warm body.
Lillian sighed again, leaning to place a kiss on Trish's cheek.
"Okay..." She relented, wondering how many more times she would hear that.
The end… Review please
