"Babe don't suppose you could get the afternoon off work could you" Steve asked plonking himself down on the sofa next to his girl friend.
"If it's to have sex again then no" She said harshly grabbing the test from the sofa arm, which Steve had insisted she did before going off to work.
"Look negative now can I go"
"Well babe, I was thinking we could just chill out here, maybe watch a movie order a pizza just totally chill out no one else just me and you"
"No sex"
"Nope none at all"
"Hmm I'll see what I can do then not promising anything but I'll try"
"Come here babe" He said dragging her onto his knees where she happily placed herself.
"I'm sorry right if I've been a bit pushy with this whole baby thing, but I just really want it to work out"
"No need to apologize baby, but we've done everything we can so now all we can do is let nature take its course and if I end up pregnant great if not well there's always next month but the best thing you could do now is sit back with me and everything else going on in here and just rest" She said placing both their hands on her stomach hoping as if by magic it would somehow help everything floating around her womb come together and make her and Steve child so he could finally shut-up about the whole situation.
"I will, I promise you and our little things are number one priority from now on"
"Good good, can I go to work now"
"Yeah sure, I'll walk you down"
"Oh will you now, come on get a move on then" She said getting up off the sofa, ignoring the burst of pain as she did so. She had been having these feelings for a couple of days now and that's what was beginning to worry her but still all the tests came out as negative. They both got outside and Steve was just ready to lock up when Michelle suddenly ran back inside and straight into the bathroom where she was immediately sick all over the floor.
"It's okay baby come on let's get you cleaned up" Steve said coming up behind her.
"No im going to work" She demanded though knew the argument was pointless as there was no way should would win and if she was honest, she wouldn't mind a day cuddled up to Steve on the couch.
"No you're not love, you're staying right here"
"Fine then but so are you"
"Yes I will beautiful, you just go sit down and I'll tidy up in here"
"No come with me" She said bursting into tears at the sudden amount of pain she was experiencing.
"Hey babe what's wrong" He asked picking her up gently and started to walk through to the living room when she suddenly screamed out in pain again as thick red blood started oozing out of her by the gallons.
