Chapter 1

Chapter 1.

While dribbling the ball, troy was waiting patiently waiting for Chad to get open. As soon as Chad dodged the two guys blocking him, he caught the ball and passed it to troy again. With no trouble troy shot the ball and the ball went, effortlessly I must say, thought the hoop.

"Nice practice guys!" Troy told his friends.

Just as he picked up his water bottle, something caught his eye. (They are in the park)

On the swings at the other side of the park he saw a certain blonde girl and a mysterious brunette guy, and she tears were dripping down her face. Not that he cared.

Chad noticed what troy was staring at and he was getting very curious.

"Let's eavesdrop!" Chad suggested, his curious side taking over.

As they snuck closer they could hear everything, every breath, every word and every step.

"I'm gonna go," the guy said.

"No, I don't want you to go." Sharpay answered taking his hand gently.

The guy dropped her hand and turned around, heading to the other direction.

"I have to think about some stuff," he said not even turning to around, to face the poor girl who looked devastated.

"What do you have to think about? Huh? Talk to me!" she said starting to sob again.

"About what? I'm leaving tomorrow. And I'm never going to see you again!" he said raising his voice.

"I don't have to go to school! Okay? I can go with you!" Sharpay said.

"To new York? What are you going to do in New York?" he said finally turning around.

"Be with you?" Sharpay said so softly he could barely hear her.

"We don't have t decide everything right now," he said meeting her broken eyes.

"Are you breaking up with me" she said, moving her feet.

He gently touched her now tearstained cheeks.

She moved away from him.

"I just don't see how it's going to work." He turned and headed to his car.

"Please don't do this! You don't mean it!" she said sobbing.

"Oh hell! If you're gonna do it, why wait? Why don't you just do it right now." She said and gripped his shirt. She was so angry and hurt right now. With all her might she threw hi against his car. She kept on pushing. Every time he dared go near her, she would push him against the car, still sobbing. Thank goodness the park was empty, or so they thought. Try and Chad was still hiding behind a tree near by.

"Come on! Do it! Do it! DO IT RIIGHT NOW!" she screamed at him. She started hitting him on the arm! He still didn't say anything. She got really fed up.

"You know what? I'm going to do it! IT'S OVER! OKAY? IT'S OVER!" she screamed.

"I'm going to go," said the boy.

"Yeah! Why don't you just go! GET OUT! LEAVE! GO! GO!" she said sobbing. As he switched n the ignition she kicked his wheels. He quickly raced off, leaving the sobbing girl sitting on the floor.
