March. Such a wonderful season at Hogwarts. The snow was starting to clear up, though there was still enough to make the grounds look crystal-covered. Madam Pomfrey, however, took a different view of this wonderful seasonal transition period.

Harry and Hermione were visiting Ron, who was in the hospital wing with a bad bout of flu. Harry and Hermione were there to tell him some important news, though. They had both decided that Harry ought to be the one to break the news to Ron.

'You see Ron, I have some big news, and I'm going to be frank.' Ron looked dumbfounded at this.

'Who the hell is Frank?' Harry glanced at Hermione, who was cradling her face in her hands.

'No, Ron, what I'm trying to say is...is...we can't all three hang out as much anymore.' Ron once again looked very confused.

'Well who is this Frank person? It sounds like he's replacing me! I should know who he is if he's replacing me!' Harry didn't say anything, and there were an awkward couple of minutes as Ron stared back and forth between his two best friends, who were both sitting very awkwardly. After a while of this, she spoke tentatively.

'Ron, there isn't anyone named Frank and you aren't being replaced.' Here she grabbed Harry's hand. 'You see, me and Harry are going out now.' Ron started laughing.

'Haha, thanks guys! I've really been needing a good laugh ever since I got this flu!' Hermione and Harry exchanged a meaningful look, and Ron saw it. He began to speak, but he didn't mange to get anything out. He laid down and turned away from both of them. They got up and left without a word. Ron was left with his very addled thoughts in turmoil.

A/N: No, I'm not attempting to portray Ron as an idiot. He is very sick, probably just woke up (definitely very hungry xD), so he isn't sure what they're talking about.
