Disclaimer: I don't own Artemis Fowl or his world. All that belongs to Eoin Colfer. But I do own the plot...

He sat on his be, staring at the ceiling. He remembered all the beautiful things they had said (and done) that summer night...

Flashback

He laid on top of her, her petite frame glowing softly at the moonlight. Her hazel eyes sparkling playfully as she raised her head to kiss his neck. He moaned at the touch. It scared him to death, but she made him feel... loved?

-Make love to me- she purred softly.

She caressed his back softly, feeling his body relax at her touch. He kissed her, they tongues playing sweetly with each other. He entered her, and both melted into a single body, feeling the rush of passion and desire, feeling alive.

Her eyes opened slowly. She smiled, and that made him smile too. Panting, she raised a hand to cup his cheek.

-I love you- He said simply. Her smile grew larger. –I know, I love you too-She said.

End of flashback

He looked down and met a pair of hazel eyes.

-I thought you were asleep- he said, caressing her cheek. She smiled warmly and leaned into his hand.

-I love you- she breathed against his skin. She felt him tense up. –What's wrong?- she asked, concerned.

-Nothing, it's just that... I feel so... alive, but at the same time so... scared- He whispered. She rested her head on top of his naked chest, and felt his hand caress her scalp, running his long fingers through her hair.

-Nothing is going to happen, even though our 'difference'- she said. She raised her head and placed a kiss on his lips. Her mouth felt like silk against his own.

And then, in the middle of a summer night, she wasn't an elf, and he wasn't a human. He wasn't Artemis Fowl, and she wasn't Holly Short...

They were two souls in love.

A/N: So, what do you think? I wrote this last night, but I don't know if I should leave it like that or if I should go on with it. Opinions, ideas, flames, help... everything is welcome.
