Light grabbed unto L desperately, sobbing as the serial killer just stroked the back of his head lovingly.
"I love you."

Light didn't know what to believe as he kept sobbing.
"My sister! Why! Why did you!"
L just caressed his face with bloody hands, the knife laying beside his sister innocuously-
"I love you. You're mine." He said, ignoring Light.
"You bastard! I hate you! I hate you! Why? Why did you have to be like this?"
Hands gripped his back shirt, arms wrapped around him, holding him lovingly.
"I love you."
Light just sobbed, his head buried into the serial killer's shoulder as he heard his own wails.
'I'm so sorry...'
