Theeds golden hair glistened as he ran for the shade of a goldshire maple. Throwing his warriors equipment into the moist grass he propped himself up against the gentle giant. His muscular body tightened as his heart began to race. Seeing her beautiful appearance aproaching him a large smile cracked across his face. She walked upto her childhood crush with a glistening smile.
"Good morning Kaylee! You look of the sun today as always."
"Morning. And you of the eart." Kaylee teased theed of his dirt soaken clothes. "Hows your training coming my rusty knight hehe." Kaylee questioned in a joking manner.
"Very good actully! Im leaving for a solo kobalt raid soon for a nice trophy."
"I assumed so. Well i must be off to the inn. Who will greet the morning birds if not me?" They both chuckled feeling a rush of heat to their faces. Memories ran through their minds of two kids throwing a cat at the inn keeper. Smiling at eachother Theed broke the silence.
"Remember if u need me ..."
"Just whistle." Kaylee interupted remembering the touching memory. She kissed his cheek and ran off to her job.
Theed thought he'd better be getting to his hunt. Traveling to the abbey his mind was not focused on slaughtering kobalt. She had always given him a kiss on the cheek but why was she so stuck in his head.
Theeds teenaged body weilded a gleeming sword as rain poored by the mines. Kaylee lay bleeding behind him after the sudden kobalts violence. Theed charged the crearture full force running it through like a sack of meat. Swiftly going to kaylees aid he held her near.
"I.. Im okay... Believe me its... just a scartch." Kaylee muttered with her last ounce of energy.
"Shhh. Try not to speak ill take you to the priest!" Theed picked up kaylees beautiful figure and carried her with one arm at her leggs and another at her neck. Now in the sancuary of the abbey the priest worked on her. Later when the bleeding was stopped kaylee muttered somthing to the figure holding her hand with both his.
"Th...Thanks so much theed..."
"Dont speak. Save your strength" Theed replied tears welling in his eyes. "If you ever need me...Just whistle. Ill come running."
"I...lo." she slipped into unconcensness.
Coming back to mind theed traveling past the abbey finding his prey. After a long day of slaying theed returned to the cent of smoke. His red eyes widened as he saw his beloved village in flames. He ran to the inn looking for kaylee. Bodies filled the streets as theed caught a glimps of a fleeting party of orcs. He stood frozen as faintly he heard a whistle...
