I'm so bored... I had no idea what to make this one about until... the idea came to me!

Ahsoka was taking a walk around town. It had been a 3 hour trip to this planet and she needed some fresh air. As she was walking past an alley, she heard a rustling sound. Hand on her lightsaber, Ahsoka walked into the alleyway and looked into the box the rustling was coming from. In the crate was a baby male griffin. It was only about a week old and was crying. Not caring that the Temple had a strict no-pet policy, Ahsoka bent down and picked the little thing up. Her walk over, she began to walk back to the ship.

At first Anakin had said no. Then it had been a probably not. It had finally became a yes when Ahsoka had given him puppy-dog eyes and got down on her knees and begged. She hopped back to her feet and ran to her room.

"Hmmm, now to name you little griffin. How about... Cutie? No. Too feminine. Feathers? Nah, that's stupid. Brownie? No, and that just makes me feel hungry. Killer? Too scary. Jacob? Not scary enough. Roar? Perfect! Hello, Roar."

Ahsoka made a bed for Roar out of an old shoebox and a torn shirt. In a black marker she wrote his name.

Three years later, Ahsoka was on her first mission as a jedi Knight. Like he always was, Roar was perched on her shoulder. Ever since she found him, Roar had been the most faithful pet ever. He always stayed with her and comforted her. Roar had laid with her all night while she cried after Lux cheated on her. Ahsoka had no idea this would be their last mission together.

They were under heavy fire, Roar was tearing down droids from behind enemy lines. But he made a mistake. A droid ended up clipping him with a bullet. Ahsoka buried him in a meadow and, until the day she died, kept one of his feathers tied to the end of her boot's lace.
