Me and Nicole got bored in study hall again xD We really need to start doing homework, but oh well. ONWARD!

Aang laid on his back in the soft grass, watching the sun sparkle on the lake. On his left side was Katara, sitting up and playing with the grass. Aang sighed happily and put his hands behind his head as a gentle breeze blew across the field that they were laying in. It was such a beautiful day out that they decided to take a break from their travels and enjoy it. Sokka had gone to gather more food for their journey in the woods with Momo. Appa was playing in water, splashing water all over the place. Normally Aang would have joined him, but he wanted to spend some alone time with Katara for a bit. He slowly sat up and turned to face her.

"Hey Katara?" Aang asked, trying to gain her attention and succeeding. She turned to look at him, her face lit up with a smile.

"What is it Aang?" Katara asked curiously. Aang blushed and started to twiddle his fingers.

"W-Well, I was wondering, if maybe, possibly…" Aang started to say, but mumbled the last part incohearitably. "If what?" Katara asked, tilting her head slightly to the side in confusion.

"Willyougooutwithme?" Aang asked in a quick rush, all of his words jumbling together. Somehow though Katara understood him and blushed. She bowed her head, but you could still tell when she started silently crying.

"I'm sorry Katara!" Aang shouted, jumping up from his place on the ground. "I didn't mean to upset you! Please stop crying!" Katara slowly lifted her face to reveal that she was smiling. She stood up from her spot on the ground and hugged Aang. Taken back by this action, Aang stayed as stiff as a board until she let go after a few seconds.

"Of course I will! I'm so happy that you actually like me too!" Katara exclaimed, giggling happily. Aang let a huge grin spread across his features and grabbed Katara into a quick hug.

"I'm so happy that you agreed!" Aang shouted excitedly. He started jumping up and down all over the place in excitement. Katara laughed at how childish Aang was acting. He jumped back over to Katara and stood in front of her. They both started to lean in at the same time, their lips inching closer and closer together.

Then a meteor came and completely destroyed the world and all of the living creatures on it. Except for Momo. He was left to wander aimlessly in space forever because he is too cool to die.

The End.
