                                               Chapter One                            

  Great, I get lost on my first day in a new school where i'll stay for the next few years, great  first impression,Lu.Lucretzia Noin thought bitterly as she tried to find her way around the Lake Victoria Training Base.She bumped into someone and dropped her luggage. "I'm sorry." she said automatically.

 "No, its all my fault," a deep voice said, "I wasn't watching were I was going." Lucretzia Looked up and saw a young man only a year or so older than her.He had blond hair and deep blue eyes.

 "Oh, I apologize for not introducing myself.My name is Trieze. Treize Kushranada."

 "Lucretzia Noin. Just call me Noin."She said.

 "So tell me Noin, are you lost?"Treize asked, smiling.

 "Was it that obvious?"Noin asked sheepishly.Trieze smiled.

 "Let me introduce you to some of my friends."

 "Sure." Noin answered. They set off to the west wing, which housed the was the student room. Noin saw a young woman about Trieze's age. She had brown hair which was up in two coiled up braids and wore glasses. There was also a young man about her age. He had platium blonde long and wore a silver mask.

 "Guys, Iwant you to meet my friend, Lucretzia Noin. Noin, this is Lady Une and Zechs Merquise." Trieze announced. "Une and I are in our second year, while Zechs is in his first. Just like you, Noin."

 "Hi."Noin said.

 "Hello."Lady Une said.

 "Hey."Zechs spoke. Noin liked Zechs immediatly. There seemed to be an air of death around him.Nah, just my imagination.

 "So why did you join, Noin?" Une asked.

 "Well, I wanted to see outer space up close.What about you?"

 Une made a face."I was a problem child.It was a last resort.What about you two guys?"

 "I want to be a leader someday.Zechs?"

 "...Revenge."
