The Gods read Percy Jackson…Or do they…?
It was a cold night, and the Gods snuggled up in their thrones.
' Hestia' Zeus complained ' Why can't you warm the fire a little more? You're the Goddess of the hearth!'
'Apologies, my Lord,' Hestia replied 'But it is not within my job description.'
'Fine' Zeus grumbled 'but end this winter solstice fast, I don't want to miss my movie'
A sudden explosion occurred in the room, and the Gods tensed, ready for a fight. When the smoke from the explosion finally cleared, three demigods were seen in the throne room. Zeus drew his lightning bolt, preparing to blast them from Olympus.
'Wait' the blonde girl said, and Zeus lowered his lightning bolt. 'We're from Camp Half- Blood, and we were sent here for a purpose.'
'What purpose, child?' Athena asked. Everybody nodded, curious to know.
The green eyed boy answered this time.
'The Fates sent us here. They told us that we would be sent here, and when we were, we would have to explain to you, our woes.'
'What woes?' Ares grunted 'And your woes better be good' he warned, as the third boy opened his mouth to speak.
The blonde girl interrupted him 'We're demigods' she said 'and we'd better start by introducing ourselves. I 'm Annabeth Chase, Daughter of Lady Athena.' She glanced at Athena, who showed no difference.
The green eyed boy spoke next 'My name is Percy, Percy Jackson, son of Poseidon.'
Zeus widened his eyes in surprise. An array of emotions shot through him- most of which was anger. Poseidon merely nodded, as if it didn't surprise him. 'I'm Nico Di Angelo,' the third boy said ' Son of Hades.' Zeus looked he would rather eat a mouse than digest this news. He glared at Hades. ' He is seventy years old.' Hades countered. Zeus frowned and looked at Nico again. 'Doesn't look like it.' He grumbled.
' We are sent from the future, to tell you how dangerous a demigod's life can be.' Annabeth narrowed her eyes. ' Even more than a God's life.'
Ares huffed. 'Really?' he mocked. ' How are you going to do that? Enact a play?'
Percy shook his head. ' No. There is another son of Athena- Rick Riordan. He has written a few stories in volumes- Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief, Percy Jackson and The Sea Of Monsters, Percy Jackson and The Titan's Curse, Percy Jackson and The Battle of The Labrynth, Percy Jackson and the Last Olympian and of course, the Heroes of Olympus series.'
Apollo raised his eyebrows impressed. ' Wow' he said to Percy ' You must be very popular. Lets read!'He looked meaningfully at Zeus.
Zeus made a face. ' All in favour?' He asked. All hands went up. 'All right then,' Poseidon said smugly ' Who'll read?'
' Me!' Apollo said and snatched the bundle from Annabeth. ' Relax' she told him.
' Alright then- Chapter One. I Accidently Vapourize my Pre Algebra Teacher'
'Sounds fun' Aphrodite admitted wistfully and Percy grinned. 'It's more than fun.' he told her.
'Go on' Hermes said.
