So, this is a drabbles series I decided I wanted to start. The main couple is NaruSasu, though there may be other couples I'll do drabbles for. I will accept some suggestions, because sometimes people give damn good ideas. So, please review at the end!
Sasuke walked down the streets of Baltimore slowly. He really was bored. He found himself wishing that he hadn't been born an Uchiha, and then remembered that thoughts like those were horrible. If he hadn't been born into the Uchiha family he wouldn't have met Naruto. He wouldn't have been able to travel around the world if he wasn't an Uchiha. He sighed and leaned against the wall of a building, the wind blowing softly.
'Broooooooooooother~ Little Broooooooooooooother~ I know you hear your phone ringing. Answer your aniki! Answer your phone little brother!' Sasuke felt a vein pop up on his forehead as the ringtone his brother had set for him played again. He really hated that ringtone. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and stared at the annoying picture of Itachi on his phone.
Sasuke flipped his phone open and answered the call.
"What do you want, Aniki?" Sasuke demanded.
"HEY! Is that any way to talk to your boyfriend?" an annoying and familiar voice said. Sasuke paused and then placed a hand over his mouth. He blinked back the tears that threatened to spill and then set his face into his usual scowl.
"Dobe. How'd you get Itachi's phone?" he asked.
"Hey, Teme! I came all this way to tell you happy birthday and this is the thanks I get?" Naruto asked, pouting slightly. Sasuke could almost hear the pout in his voice. He laughed slightly.
"Dobe… I didn't know you remembered…" It was indeed July 23rd, his birthday. He had left the hotel he and Itachi were staying at since he didn't want to deal with his fangirls trying to give him gifts that he didn't want. So, early that morning, he'd left the hotel to walk the streets of Baltimore alone. He hadn't been attacked yet.
"Of course I remembered! How could I forget? Come back to the hotel and see me, birthday boy!" Naruto said, laughing.
"I'll be back as soon as I can," Sasuke said. He pushed himself off the wall and wiped at his eyes. He called for a cab.
This turned out to be a pretty okay birthday.
