Link: Why did you think this up?

Sorceress of Shadows: Because I wanted to.

Dark Link: And if you owned Zelda, this would probably be one of my lines.

Sorceress: Yes, and I decided that I needed a poem.

Link: Great…

One of Us Must Die

I am your shadow; I am your destiny,

One of us must die and it will probably be me,

Death will come quickly,

There will be no time to flee,

One of us must die and it will probably be me,

Blood and the apocalypse,

Mingles with the pained spirit,

Of me,

You see,

I know you will not leave,

For one of us must die and it will probably be me,

I have no soul,

No emotions whorl,

My doom is soon to be,

Because one of us must die and it will probably be me,

Light shines off of your mystic blade,

My end draws near, I cannot be saved,

A being I could never be,

For one of us must die and it will probably be me.

Link: Yes! I killed my shadow!

Sorceress: (Hits Link) No. You did not "kill your shadow." I did, technically.

Dark Link: But why?

Sorceress: Because death in poetry is very fun to write. It's very beautiful. Plus, I wanted to write something serious about you.

Link: Oww…please review…Sorceress hit me; I need an ice pack. Review and I can have one.

Sorceress: Quit whining, you big baby.
