A/N: To be honest with you guys, this story was written out of complete boredom after school. I just hope that some people like it!

This is basically a short story about how I think that Julian was first born/made. I'm doing my best, so please no flames, and I might continue if people like it.

I don't own the Forbidden Game series, or Julian (sadly.). I do own Maurice.

Thanks for reading! Please R&R!

All Julian's POV

I landed hard on something, shivering. Everything was cold, so cold… but I seemed to be used to it. How? This is my first memory, my first ever experience…

"Get up, child." A rough voice ordered. I stretched out my limbs and tried to stand up, finding that I had no clothes on, making it even colder. I almost fell over, but the voice from earlier held me up. Yes, the voice. Not the person. I'm not sure how it was possible, but all I knew is that the voice was bitter and unforgiving. Finally, I opened my eyes for the first time.

Inn front of me stood a figure. A man. He was very handsome, with shaggy, perfect black hair and deep green eyes. He was wearing just plain jeans and a black t-shirt. How did I know what these things were?

"You were written with knowledge. You're supposed to know what everything is." The man said, crossing his arms. Woah, it was like he read my mind. "Yes, child, I can. So quit thinking and just listen to me." The man ordered. I shut-up my mind babble.

"Welcome to the Shadow World. You can call me Maurice for the little time you'll know me." He said, crossing his arms. "You're name is Julian. You were written up to take my place as the youngest Shadow Man." I looked around. It was very dark to go along with the coldness, and I could see shadows moving around. It didn't frighten me.

Maurice snapped his fingers, drawing my attention back to him. "Earth to brat! Pay attention!" He growled. "Now that you're here, you have a lot of training to go through. I'm here to help you with the first one."

I tilted my head to the side, confused. I saw that my hair was white blonde and long. "Try talking. Say your name." Maurice ordered testily. He looked bored and impatient. When I didn't do anything, he growled. "Just say 'Julian' so that I can get out of here."

I opened my mouth, and tried talking. I just squeaked. Maurice hit my well-toned chest hard, but not out of anger. It made me cough, which cleared up my lungs. "Julian." I said, coughing a bit. It felt good, waking me up. As soon as the word left my lips, shadows wrapped around me, giving me clothes just like Maurice's. Because of the shadows, now I felt something. Something good. I searched for the right word.

Complete. I felt complete.

"Good. Now it's my turn." Maurice said, holding his arms out. The shadows that had wrap around me did the same to him. But when the shadows faded away, there was someone else there. No. Something.

Maurice was something else. His skin looked like snake's skin, complete with the brown and green scales. His eyes were gone, leaving only sockets in their place. He was a foot taller now, towering over me.

"Don't worry." He said. His voice was in my head now, sounding like electricity hitting a tree. "This isn't the worst look I've seen. And by the way, you're made to be about twenty in looks." He nodded his snake-like head at me. "Good luck." Then he disappeared in the shadows.

I blinked a few times before the shadows came back for me. They whispered my name coldly, summoning me somewhere else. I followed them, listening to their words as I prepared for my new life.

"Julian, Julian, Julian…"

So? How was it? Hoped everyone enjoyed it. I just wanted to try something different. If I get enough reviews, I'll continue it.

And, as I repeat, no flames please! Don't like, don't read!
