Hey! Just a one shot of what I imagine Tessa and Wills wedding was like, hope you enjoy!

Tessa held Magnus' arm as she descended the aisle. She couldn't believe that she was finally here, marrying Will Herondale. After everything that had happened- her and Jems engagement, saving the world from Mortmain and Charlotte being appointed Consul- Tessa Gray Starkweather was finally getting married.
With no tamale family member to give her away, Magnus had stepped in to walk her down the aisle. In the few months since Mortmain was destroyed they had become good friends and as Henry was in no state to walk Tessa down the aisle, it was decided.
Tessa's long brown hair had been curled and a long gold veil concealed her face in honour of the shadowhunter custom of wearing gold to marry. Tessa however wore a white dress with golden gems, a dress similar to the one her mother had been married in, a dress that Tessa had only ever seen pictures of.
As they reached the end of the aisle Will took her hand, smiling at her the whole time. To the left, Sophie and Cecily wore their bridesmaids dresses and next to them was Tessa's maid of honour, Charlotte. Tessa handed her flowers to Charlotte before turning back to Will.
"Do you William Herondale promise to honour and cherish Theresa Gray until death tear you apart?"
Charlotte had pulled some strings and had gotten Brother Zachariah to perform the wedding for Tessa and Will. He had agreed, eager to see everyone again.
"I do"
"Do you, Theresa Gray promise to serve and obey, to honour and to cherish William Herondale?"
"I do"
"You may now kiss the bride"
Will leant to Tessa and lifted the veil that covered her beautiful face. They embraced in a warm kiss as the church cheered. Only close friends and family had been invited; the Lightwood brothers, Charlotte and Henry and a few important silent brothers and council members.
Will and Tessa held hands as they gracefully walked back down the aisle and into a carriage which was waiting outside for them.
"I was scared you were going to say no and try and marry Jem instead back in there" Will joked.
Tessa giggled before replying," Well you better remember who Mrs. Herondale is or I might have a sudden interest in ducks and keep some as pets. Yes, ducks are just the thing needed to get rid of that awful cook!"
Will looked at her, terrified, " Anything but ducks! You can have anything except ducks!"
