(A/N: Here's the story of how Bruce came into the picture for the T.U.F.F. crew. This story also takes place during "Dudley Do-Wrong".)

Our story begins when the mayor of Petropolis closed down T.U.F.F. Because of this, Dudley's bedroom became a temporary H.Q. Now that we know where our heroes are, let's go over to Dudley's house! Oh, before I forget, Katrina's on vacation right now, so she's not with everyone else.

At Dudley's house, we see Dudley, Keswick, and the Chief in Dudley's room, while Kitty is sitting at a desk (the kind you see in school) outside his room (since Dudley won't allow girls in his room). Well, Peg just left Dudley's room after bringing him and his friends milk and cookies.

"How come she gets to go into your room?" Kitty asked, sounding miffed.

"She's not a girl, she's my mom!" Dudley explained.

Suddenly, a male voice from outside the room (and coming from behind Kitty) said, "Dudley, how many times must we go over this? Our mom is, always has been, and always will be a..." That's when the voice trailed off.

"Well, hi!" the voice suddenly said after a moment of silence. Kitty turned around to see a white dog who looked like Dudley, only he was slightly taller, and stronger, and clad in a red shirt and black pants. The dog was also looking at her.

"Hello." Kitty said, sounding a little nervous.

"Name's Bruce." the dog introduced as he held out his hand.

"I'm special T.U.F.F. agent Kitty Katswell." Kitty introduced as she stood up and shook hands with Bruce.

"So you're my baby brother's partner." Bruce said.

"Dudley never mentioned having a big brother." Kitty said.

"Must've slipped his mind. Still, he's told me so much about you, but he never mentioned how lovely you are." Bruce said, taken by Kitty's loveliness.

"Wow..." said Kitty, blushing.

"So, what brings you here?" Bruce asked.

"The mayor closed down T.U.F.F., and Dudley's using his room as a temporary H.Q." Kitty explained.

"Oh yeah. But if his room is the H.Q., then why aren't you... oh, that's right." said Bruce, remembering that Dudley wouldn't allow girls in his room.

"Can you get him to let me in?" Kitty asked.

"Yeah!" said Bruce. He marched into Dudley's room and said, "Dudley!"

"What do you want, Bruce?" Dudley asked.

"You let your partner in here right now!" Bruce said.

"But she's a girl, and girls aren't allowed in here." Dudley replied.

"You let Mom in here, and she's a girl." Bruce reminded him.

"I told you, Mom isn't a girl, she's our mom." Dudley said.

"She's a girl, regardless. If you can make an exception by letting her in, you can do the same with Kitty and let her in." Bruce said.

"Do I have to?" Dudley whined.

"Keep up that whining and I'll give you something to whine about real soon." Bruce threatened.

"Okay, okay! I'll make an exception and let Kitty in." said Dudley.

"Thanks." Kitty said as she entered the room.

"Hey, who are you?" the Chief asked Bruce.

"He's my older brother, and his name is Bruce." Dudley explained to his boss.

"You got a job, Bruce?" the Chief asked.

"I'm still looking for the right job." Bruce said.

"Well, perhaps you could consider joining T.U.F.F." the Chief suggested.

"I'll think about it." Bruce said.

"If you wanna join, let me know, 'cause I'm thinking of hiring ya! You look like you could be a competent secret agent." the Chief said.

"Thanks." said Bruce.

The End

Well, that's the story. I hope it was good.
