Summary: A letter to his dearly beloved partner. The single person who was with him from beginning to end.
He rests the ink filled pen on desk as he slightly scans the letter.
Before he gently folds the piece of parchment over, and writing her name on the blank side of the letter. Her true name. He has to admit it did feel somewhat weird to write her real name when he was so use to going by her initials.
He silently knows that his green haired lover was probably still sleeping. Even on today when Suzaku/Zero is going to kill him in a matter of hours.
Although he silently knows that C.C. won't be attending. Not like he wants her to attend anyway. He doesn't want her to become another experiment for Britannia or anyone else for that matter or be killed because she is known as the Gray Witch.
The person who gave him his powers.
He silently moves to the bed noting the sheets move downwards a bit showing more of her naked back. He gently moves forward pressing his lips against the red crane mark on her forehead.
He can slightly feel the woman stir lightly under the faintest touch of his lips but other than continue to sleep pulling the over grown Cheese Kun doll closer to her body.
He gently rests the letter on the pillow next to her.
Before leaving his quarters.
Ready to face his best friend killing him. Knowing that with his death peace will once again be spread through out the world.
He only regret leaving her behind.
His dearly beloved partner.
His wife.
