Write something that begins and ends with glass breaking.
He throws the glass and it smashes against the wall. A perfectly expensive glass destroyed. The alcohol is fueling his actions and the anger running through his veins. He asks himself why he had to be so reckless, so stupid; to kiss one of the only people that actually meant something to him. Perhaps it was the complete tranquility he felt while being around him, or the impatience that he was infamous for. Either way, he is in a predicament, and the alcohol he so carelessly drank wasn't doing anything to solve it. If anything, it was just making him regret it even more.
He thinks to himself that he deserves the hangover from hell. He did cause a rift in one of the best friendships he had ever made. All day while he recovers, he thinks and thinks and thinks, falling into the well of overthinking.
He needs to talk to him, as soon as possible. All the thoughts going through his head are tearing him apart, for there are only worst scenario cases he could think of. He grabs his phone and dials that number.
He thinks to himself that the lips that fit so perfectly between his own are soft, just like the first time. He thought he had made a mistake kissing his best friend by surprise, but he didn't. Alas, it isn't a case of unrequited feelings. The moment heats up, and his new love interest pushes him against the counter. He switches positions, and hoists the other man up onto the counter, never breaking lip lock. The blond man tangles his fingers into the other's blood red soft messy strands, deepening the kiss. Passion is rising, and so are lustful moans. Suddenly, the sound of a glass shattering fills the room, cooling down the moment.
He doesn't know how he had managed to push the glass off the counter, and he thinks it shouldn't have been there, for it ruined his enjoyment. But, on a second thought, maybe it was in the right place at the right time. He didn't want to ruin this new bud that was growing between him and the blond man, his best friend. He wanted to nourish it, cherish it, protect it. If its growth was rushed, that would be detrimental. Although another perfectly expensive glass was lost, a partner was found.
