I don't own NCIS and no amount of money is going to change the fact that it started when I was in high school, just for clarification in case anyone has some bright idea of suing me.
Anyway, I was watching Agent Afloat, Judgement Day, and Last Man Standing when this idea came to me.
Short one shot, before I get back to work on Family Matters.

Two long days. It had been two very long days since Tony boarded U.S.S. Reagan. He sat the small room on the boat stamped NCIS, and realized that in two long days he had done nothing.
Scratch that, he had pissed off a couple Navy officers.
He didn't care.
Tony was pissed at the one person he couldn't punish, himself. So instead, DiNozzo tipped his glass to the ceiling, "To Anthony DiNozzo. You really are that screw up dad always claimed you to be."
In two days, he hadn't talked to anyone that was unnecessary. He had sent a faux happy postcard to Abby, but ignored anything from anyone else, not that much was coming.
McGee had been banished to the basement with the geeks.
Gibbs had a new team, and he knew whether Gibbs said straight out or not. He wasn't the only one blaming him for Jenny's death.
Director Vance had cut off most any communication to NCIS anyway.
That left Ziva.
Part of him wanted to call her, needed her to tell him again that he wasn't the one to 'screw the dog,' as she had told him.
McGee had been the one to correct her, because he just let it go. Ziva told Tim that she knew it was pooch. The fact was she was trying to get a reaction, any reaction.
There was another part though, that desperately needed to punish himself.
Tony once again put the glass to his lips before shooting it down. He hated being an agent afloat, but maybe he deserved it. Maybe this was some sort of divine retribution, or Vance's version.
Either way, Jenny was dead.
Someone had to pay.
So the answer was no. He wouldn't call Ziva or anyone else. He was going to take his punishment, and pray that Gibbs found a way to get him off the ship where he was stuck.
