Her breath was heavy. Heavy and loud. Her tears were wet. Wet and Painful. She was so cold. So cold and alone. Why was is so cold?
She hugged onto her elbows, arching her back forward. She let her neck dangle, her crow hair falling in front her face. She watched as she wetted the dark and hard floor with her tears. They came slowly, and rolled down her cheeks silently. One at a time, they came.
She mumbled quietly herself. Why was it so cold? She mumbled that same sentence over and over again. Why?
She could always make it hot…no. She was to weak. She'll just let the cold consume her into she withers away to nothing. Her mumbling soon ceased when she heard the door creak open, and a thread of light shine in. It was just cold, though.
She didn't lift her head up. She didn't move at all. She heard foot steps. She heard something drop. A tray, she presumed it was. With food on it, she guessed. It would only be cold food, though.
Who's ever footsteps it belonged to, they said something. But she couldn't hear them. It was just too cold. It hurt her head.
The light soon ceased, and the darkness of the cell arrived again. Please, She wanted to scream. Just make it hot. But she didn't. She couldn't. It was to cold. She couldn't think.
She continued to hug herself. It didn't make her warm. It didn't make her happy. She hugged herself because no one else ever would. Ever.
They forgot about her. They forgot she even existed. They decided to leave her, and they would go to somewhere hot. They left her where it was cold. So cold.
Her tears were coming faster now. But she couldn't feel them. It was too cold. She felt numb. Was she even alive anymore? Yes, she was. She was to cold to be dead.
She couldn't see any more. She couldn't feel anymore. She couldn't think anymore. She couldn't do anything anymore.
She couldn't even hold onto her elbows anymore. She dropped her numb arms to the side. She fell over, slammed her head hard into the hard floor. Was she bleeding now? She couldn't tell.
It was getting darker and darker. And colder and colder. Just please stop the coldness. Please….
She opened her mouth. She could take it anymore! They coldness was to much! She screamed. The loudest she had ever screamed in her entire lonely life. The scream held more pain than any scream that had ever escaped from anyone's lips every before.
The scream ended with a rough grunt. Then it was silent. And It would be like that forever.
The coldness. Where had It gone? It was gone! Yes…finally. It was over. Everything was over.
She was over.
