Childhood memories

Roman and his childhood friend Denise sat together in a row boat, in the middle of the small lake near Romans' parents' house.

They spent endless summers here, swimming in the lake, tanning on the shore, and at night they would make out here.

Now they were both nearing 30 and Roman was home for a couple of days to visit his parents. He had a couple of days off from WWE and he enjoyed spending time with his first love.

"Do remember that summer where we found the fossilized fish skeleton?" Denise asked all of the sudden after they had sat in the swaying boat silently for a while.

"Yes." Roman laughed with this deep, rich laughter that made Denise shiver in delight.

"You stepped on the edge and cut your foot. And I picked up the rock and was more fascinated by the fossil than by your injury that you didn't speak for a week to me."

"I still have the scar!" Denise told him and lifted up her foot to lay it on his lap. He studied the ball of her left foot and traced a finger over the small scar.

"I see. For what it's worth, next time you get hurt I will get you to a hospital first and then obsess about the fossil."

She kicked him playfully in his broad chest and again he laughed. Roman grabbed her tiny foot into his big paws and tickled her until she begged for mercy. And he granted it to her.

He was breathing hard as well from all the laughter.

"Do you remember the winter where we did that snow tubing thing on the old tractor tires?" Roman asked now and Denise narrowed her eyes. "The ones we stole out of Carters barn? Oh yeah. I was grounded for two weeks after that!"

"Yeah, but we had so much fun going down that hillock over there and sliding over the frozen lake. I kissed you the first time that winter."

Denise tapped her chin thoughtfully. "Ahhh yes, I remember that. Wasn't so special to me."

Shocked Roman looked at her and Denise couldn't keep up her poker face any longer.

"Got you!" she cheered happily and Roman launched his big body on hers and gently buried her underneath him. He was inches away from her lips.

"I can gladly remind you." He pointed out.

"Oh yes, please do." Denise told him breathlessly and Roman lowered his lips to hers and at first they kissed shyly but then old memories surfaced and the kiss deepened.

Slowly Roman pushed his hand under her top and caressed her breast and the cutes moan escaped her lips that made him grin at her lips.

"Sorry to interrupt. But you ordered mint chocolate chip ice cream." Came a voice from beside them and Roman growled.

He pushed back up from Denise and looked over to the other row boat where his friend Dean and Denise friend Sam sat in. They were both smiling dumbly at them and Dean gave the ice cream over and opened his own bowl of caramel sutra and shared it with Sam.

""Yeah, well, thank you for going into town to get this." Roman said, still irritated. He shared a secret little look with Denise.

"We have always got tonight." She whispered in his ear as she leaned over to grab a spoon out of his hand. And suddenly Roman's smile widened again…
