Nii sits quietly with Kougaiji on his lap. His black shirt loosely opened. He runs his fingers gently through the prince's long red wine hair as he contemplates to himself.

Kou turns his head and looks at the older man curiously. "What are you thinking about?"

"The things that I have done," Nii answers softly, smiling faintly at the prince.

"But if it was not you..." He continues, gazing at the prince fondly.

Kou gazes at the older man, "You think too much…"

Nii stifles a small laugh. Chuckling to himself, and nods his head agreeingly. His bangs covering the black-framed of his glasses, as he watches the young demon prince on his lap. He continues to think to himself, the words of his master going through his head. "Distance yourself from conflict. And conflict distance itself from you." A smile widens on Nii's lips, knowing he is unable distant himself from the young demon prince anymore.

"Kougaiji, you remind me of Nemesis." Nii says as he watches the young prince's reaction.

Kou answers curiously and childishly, "Nemesis?"

"You quite remind me of her." Nii says almost teasingly, chuckling to himself.

"You're kidding," Kougaiji looking stunned at the older man, "Was she your mistress?"

Nii bursts out laughing immediately, the rawness of his voice ringing loudly into the small room. His smiles reaching his eyes, as he continues to laugh. Laughing for few minutes until it subsides. Nii catches his breath, staring at the prince with admiration.

"No, no… She was not my mistress…" The doctor finally answers, breathing heavily.

"Who was she then?"

"Nemesis was the Goddess of Divine Justice and Vengeance. She was known to be monstrous and fierce figure of revenge and anger. Her anger was directed towards the righteousness of ethics, moral and social order," Nii says thoughtfully, keeping both arms around the prince's waist, not letting him go from his lap, as he continues in a teacher tone, "Nemesis was the force of justice itself. Because under the judicial system; she was a woman known to be blindfolded, holding a sword and scales in her hands."

"If I am Nemesis, then what does that make you?" Kou asks childishly and playfully, curiousness in his voice, gazing deeply at the older man.

"I would be Themis, The Goddess of Divine Law and Order." Nii answers amusingly.

Meanwhile up in heaven.

Kanzeon lounges calmly in her throne, watching over the earth with sheer amusement dancing in her eyes. But she could not help overhearing an interesting conversation.

"Look Jiroshin, they are talking about me…" She points down towards the lotus pond.

"Your ego is larger than the entire universe could handle." Jiroshin mutters to himself.

"Was that supposed to be a compliment?"
