"Aaron!" Jackson calls, chasing up the path after him.
"What?"
"What's up with you?"
"Nowt."
"Yes there is, you've been acting strange since.."
Aaron knowing what he's talking about, quickly interrupts him.
"No I haven't".
"Are you ashamed of me? Of what we did?" Jackson asks.
"Don't be daft."
"Then what?"
"I'm not ashamed exactly… more embarrassed meyhbe".
Aaron stops in his tracks and obviously tries hard to compose himself before he continues.
"Cos not three months past, I was swearing I'd never do this with a man.
Now I'm swearing it's the best thing I've ever done."
"Best thing?" Jackson says unable to hide his sudden delight.
"Yeah- it's a lot to get my head around."
"Your mouth didn't have any problems though." Jackson jokes.
"Not helping mate-not helping." Aaron says shaking his head as he walks off.
Relieved that it's just a newbie wobble Aaron is suffering from, Jackson gives him a playful thump on the shoulder. He falls into step with him and gives an audible sigh.
We're going to be alright he realises with a smile.
