Chara and Frisk were making their way to Asgore's castle, so that the barrier could be broken. But Frisk had a curse, every time she took damage along the way, a flower would sprout on her, and it couldn't be removed. Frisk was about to die, there were so many flowers on her. Chara was not about to let it happen.
Chara: Frisk… hang in there, please…
Frisk: I… can… barely… hang on…
Chara: Don't you give up now! Where is your DETERMINATION? Please, just hang in there…
Frisk: Chara… It's no use… You have to understand…
Chara: HOLD ON, DAMN IT! I'M NOT LETTING A FRIEND LIKE YOU DIE NOW!
Frisk: Please, I'm only hindering you…
Chara: I'm not leaving you for dead! Forget it! Come on!
They eventually enter Asgore's castle and encounter Asgore.
Asgore: Seven human souls are required to break the barrier. Frisk, you are the seventh soul. You are too weak to fight, I see. While it pains me to do this, I must. Frisk… goodbye.
Asgore summoned his trident.
Chara: No, you're not fighting Frisk.
Frisk: Chara?
Chara: Rest.
Chara gently sets Frisk down, she then draws her knife.
Text box: ASGORE attacks!
Chara- ATTACK

Asgore: Chara, you defeated me. But, you didn't kill me. Finish me if you wish.
MERCY
Asgore: What?
Chara: Asgore, please, release the other human souls, and fuse them with Frisk's, or our hope of getting out of the Underground is gone. Frisk is dying, Asgore, and we must SAVE her.
Asgore: Very well.
The human souls are released.
They fuse with Frisk.
The barrier breaks!
Frisk then falls to her knees.
Frisk: Now… Are you happy?
Chara: No. Not until your life is saved.
Frisk: You can't save me…
Chara: THE HELL I CAN'T! I WILL SAVE YOU!
Frisk: No… Leave me… Please…
Chara: NO DAMN IT! I'M NOT LETTING YOU DIE! NOT NOW!
Chara had tears in her eyes.
Chara: You're my closest friend Frisk. DON'T FUCKING DIE NOW!
Frisk: Hey Chara… Knock Knock…
Chara: Who's there?
Frisk (weakly): Flower.
Chara: Flower who?
Frisk: Flower you today…
Frisk began to close her eyes.
Chara: Don't close your eyes. Don't. Close. Your. Eyes.
Frisk: Goodbye… Chara…
Frisk closed her eyes.
Chara: Frisk, no. Wake up… Please, wake up…
No response.
Chara lifted Frisk's body, and it fell limp.
Chara: No, no… Frisk, no…
Chara's tears began flowing down her face in steady rapid streams.
Chara: FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISK! NO!
Chara sobbed into Frisk's dead body.
A portal opened up and InuJon, Allison, and Strange came through.
Allison: Chara, what happened?
Chara (through tears): Frisk is dead…
Strange: Was the barrier broken before then?
Chara: Yes…
InuJon: Then this time line is still ok… Strange, can you revive Frisk?
Strange: You mean like this?
Strange simply waved his hand. Within a few seconds, Frisk opened her eyes.
Frisk: Am I… dead?
Chara: FRISK! YOU'RE ALIVE!
Chara hugged Frisk really hard.
Frisk: Can't breath… Let me go…
Chara: Oh, oops.
Chara let go of Frisk.
Chara: You're alive… Thank God…
Frisk: Chara, who saved me?
Strange: I did.
Frisk: Thank you, Strange.
And with that, Chara and Frisk headed through the barrier while InuJon, Allison, and Strange returned to the Hall of Origin.
Twilight was crying her heart out.
Twilight: Such a good story…
