Handel's House

Maurice Handel was a man who deserved more credit than he received. He had started out as nothing special. As a young boy, he was never destined to become a hero, a savior of the universe, or anything like that. At age ten, Maurice decided he could still become a hero, no matter what fate said. He never achieved that goal, at least not in his own opinion, but as an adult, he did become fantastically rich.
Mr. Handel soon discovered that he hated fame. He enjoyed the wealth, as it enabled him to do whatever he liked, but he didn't like to be constantly pointed out while walking around outside. Nobody ever spoke to him (respect? intimidation?), but they all spoke of him, whispering to each other, 'You don't know who that is? That's the richest man in the universe!'
To get away from everyone, he hired the best architects and scientists of the time to help him build his own island in the middle of the Great Sea. The island was ridiculously large, almost as large as the Mushroom Kingdom, and Handel's house stood like a fortress in the middle of it. As soon as the island was finished, Handel moved in. A week later, he returned to Twoson to invite his brother to the island.
And that was the last time anyone heard from Mr. Handel…until ten years later, on November 10, 2001. Signs appeared all over the universe. They emerged everywhere from Popstar to Hyrule Castle, from the Lylat System to Altea and Elibe, seemingly overnight.
