Chapter 1 - Elisa's point of view - Nightmare
I have to admit camping isn't really that bad, I shouldn't have given my mum such a hard time when she told us we were camping. However she happened to pick forks which has the most rainy days out of everywhere in the U.S.A! But I was from England, so I'm pretty sick of the rain.
But after a few nights, the sound of rain lightly hitting the side of my tent was actually pretty soothing.
Lying here in the middle of the forest gave me a lot of chances to think of other things, stuff I usually wouldn't care about, that's what I love about nature. It's the only place where I can step back and think about things without being distracted by friends, TV or laptops so you can think about what's going on in your life. I smiled to myself about how nice it was here, a blood curdling scream boomed from mums and Annie's (my little sister) tent.
In just one second everything changed.
Shit, someone was here! What should I do? I'm going to have to see what's happening what if Annie or mum is hurt? I jumped out of my tent and saw two abnormally pale men; one of them had my mom by her hair and was biting my mum's neck. My mum screamed again, she started to struggle but quickly became limp. The other guy was biting Annie, her body was all ready lifeless.
My mum's body was dropped on the floor soon after Annie's. My stomach twisted making me want to be sick. Shock and fear gripped me; it felt like I couldn't breathe. I screamed I couldn't help myself. What's happing? This has to be a dream. It's a nightmare; why else would somebody be biting my family's necks? They both turned around and stared at me with crimson eyes.
