Introduction:
It has been ten years since the Apocalypse. Max and Dylan ended up marrying each other, and Max is the ruler of the world. Don't feel bad for Fang, though, he ended up marrying Maya and lives very comfortably in his small cottage in the United States. Iggy is married to Ella, and Angel and Gazzy spend most of their time traveling around the world. Nudge is in charge of designing and making all of the clothes that everybody wears.
Think it's easy for the flock now that the Apocalypse has occurred. Think again. This is the flock we're talking about. Max may be in charge of a world of genetically engineered people, but that doesn't mean that all of the mad scientists have left or that they're not trying to have some new creature take her place. Plus, now she has to worry about her and Dylan's kids. It's never easy when you're Maximum Ride.
