I Can See You From Here
The morning was glorious, the dew was still on the lawn, the sun shone radiant rays to the Earth and there was a cool gentle breeze. Willow was alone in the Summers' House. Xander and Anya were away for the weekend, Dawn had slept over at Janice's the previous night, Giles and Buffy were at the Magic Box and Spike was elsewhere. Willow wandered into her room. Suddenly she had the strangest urge to open the top drawer against the wall. She did so and found herself searching for something. Willow was suddenly drawn to a piece of folded paper. She opened it up and read:
Dear Willow,
If you are reading this it means that I am dead. I placed a spell on this letter so it would reveal itself only to you if I died. I thought it would be a good idea because we're dealing with demons and vampires. Don't tell the others you found this letter. Once you have read it you can burn it or rip it up or keep it if you like, but please don't let the others see. I want this letter to be between us and us only.
I want you to know, Willow that no matter what happens, I will always love you. I love you so much and I didn't tell you enough. So this is the purpose of this letter. To tell you I love you.
Don't dwell on my death, however it happened, just remember me in life, because in life I remember you.
You brought Buffy back from the dead, but please, please don't try to bring me back. I think it would just make things complicated. Buffy wasn't very happy and wasn't herself so no matter how much you miss me don't bring me back.
I will always remember you. I will remember your gorgeous smile, your flaming red hair but mostly your eyes. The eyes of the person I love so much. They will be the last thing I think about.
I want to be able to write forever, to have a constant communication with you but I must go now. You have just come through the front door.
I will always love you, Willow

p.s. I can see you from here.
Willow looked up from reading the letter, eyes glistening with tears. But she was smiling.
"I will always love you too" she whispered.
She looked back at the last six words.
Tara was in heaven.
Everything was alright.
