~Flower's Petal~
"He loves me...he loves me not...he loves me...he loves me not...he loves me..." Zero went rigid, he glared intensely at the last petal of the flower. If he plucked the last pink petal, that meant he would get the result - 'he loves me not' and the silver-haired didn't really want that, not when he wanted that person to love him.
"Whatever. This one that doesn't count." Zero rolled his eyes and threw the flower; the 23rd flower to the grassy field with the rest of the other flowers. All of it only had one thing in common; those flowers only had one petal left. A last petal that the boy didn't dare to pull. Not because he was afraid to pull it, he was just...worried the result 'he loves me not' might came true if he did pull it. Well fine, he was afraid. Normal thing to feel when you were in love.
Zero took a new and fresh flower and started the process again, starting by plucking the first petal. "He loves me...he loves me not...he loves me..." and he continued on, blissfully ignoring his best friend who sat next to him, leaning on the same oak tree like Zero did. "He loves me not...he loves me-"
"Zero."
"He loves me not..."
"Zero..."
"He loves me..."
Twitch. "Zero." The seriousness in Kaname's voice made Zero spin around and face him. "What? I'm busy ruining my life." The younger boy pouted cutely, biting his lower lip like an innocent child. "You're disturbing my peace. I'm reading here." Kaname waved the novel titled "Graveyard Book' in Zero's face, smirking when he saw Zero actually bothered to read the title.
Adorable.
"Yeah, and like I said, I'm busy ruining my life."
"No you're not. You're destroying those poor flowers."
"I just..." Zero hid his face behind the silver locks. I was wondering if you would love me back...and he let out his frustration by plucking a flower. Plucking a flower? He didn't know he was that desperate for Kaname's love.
Zero sighed and continued where he left off. "He loves me not...he loves me...he loves me not...he loves- wha-what? Kaname! Give it back!" Zero stood up and tried to reach the flower in Kaname's hands when the other latter snatched it from him, but failed miserably because of the difference in their heights.
"Kaname!" Zero growled weakly.
"Let me do it for you." Kaname smirked and turned to face the other side, his back to Zero's face. "He loves you not...he loves you...he loves you not...he loves you...he loves you not..."
Zero looked at Kaname, his eyes widen in disbelief. There were only a few petals left.
"He loves you...he loves you not...he loves you..."
The silver-haired sobbed silently, his lips trembling slightly. Only one petal left, and just like the rest, it would end with a 'he loves you not'
"Kaname..."
"He loves-" Kaname raised a brow, turned to look at Zero and leaned down "-you." He captured the unsuspected lips, pulling Zero's thin waist closer to him, deepening the kiss. The action left Zero speechless and blank.
"Get a room!" Yuki screamed and puffed a breath from her mouth.
"I don't bed my sweet and sexy lover on our first date, Yuki." Kaname said proudly, groping the unresponsive Zero's ass.
"You're practically eye-raping him for years." Yuki watched as Kaname pulled Zero to his laps. The boy was still in shock, unable to say anything.
"I did not! I'm merely raping Zero in my mind!" Kaname defended himself.
It took a few kisses and 'I love you's to wake Kaname's sleeping beauty from his trance, Zero slapped Kaname before he returned his new lover's kisses.
