"Yoh."
"Yes, Anna?"
"Turn the television on."
"Okay Anna."
"Yoh?"
"Yes, Anna?"
"Get me a soda from the refrigerator."
"Okay Anna."
"…"
"What kind?"
"Grape."
"…"
"No, I think I'll have orange instead."
At this, Yoh didn't bother to select a soda from the fridge. He merely stuck his head inside and sighed heavily. For some reason, Anna had been particularly bossy this week – okay, so maybe she was always bossy and demanding, but this week was different… It was different every four-five weeks or so, and Yoh just could not figure out why.
"Yoh!"
He jumped up, startled out of his musings, bumping his head on the top of the fridge in the process. "Ow – Yes??"
"Where is my strawberry-kiwi shasta?"
"Aah… Coming, coming." He selected said soda and closed the fridge, coming over and handing his fiancée the can.
Sharp, narrowed eyes fell on the can and Yoh waited for her to take it. When she didn't, he cleared his throat and rubbed the back of his head with his free hand. "Umm… you still want it?"
"Hm. Pour it in a glass. Put ice in it too." She turned her attention back to the television. Yoh sauntered back into the kitchen just as Anna added as an afterthought, "and I want a lime green straw to go with it."
He returned a minute later, soda poured in a glass cup with ice and a lime green straw and everything. Anna took it and sipped her drink contentedly.
"Yoh."
"…Yes, Anna."
"Turn the TV off."
"Okay, Anna."
He turned it off.
"Turn the stereo on. I'd like to listen to…" She glanced at the ceiling lazily, an elbow resting on the table with her cheek propped on her palm. "Beethoven."
Yoh blinked. Since when did Anna listen to Beethoven?
"Since when did you start listening to Beethoven, Anna?"
"Since now. Tamao had gotten me a Beethoven CD a while back, and I had yet to listen to it. I just remembered I have it, so I want to listen to it. Put it on."
"Okay, okay…" Yoh did as he was bid/told to do and put the Beethoven CD on. Instantly the living room was filled with the symphony of a piano playing, and Anna had closed her eyes in order to 'feel the beat' more.
"This music…" Anna started. Yoh turned to her, thinking he rather liked the music. "…Makes me want to see you run and do exercises."
"…"
She cracked open one eye to look at him.
"Go. Now."
Yoh bowed his head and sulked out of the house, looking like a kicked, obedient puppy in the process. "…Yes, Anna…"
He decided he didn't like Beethoven anymore.

A short, pointless drabble that I wrote for Nightglider. xD baha. And if you didn't pick up on it, yeah, Anna was PMSing.
