"McGee, come quick!" yelled Abby though the end of the receiver. It was around 11:30pm. Tony and Ziva had gone on a date, finally.
"Abby, what are you talking about. Whats wrong?" McGee asked, kind of panicked.
"Nick, he's here!"
"What? how? He can't be they fired him" McGee said trying to stay calm, that wasn't working.
"Were are you?"
"I'm in the lab"
"What really happened? I mean well, you know I, I was just wondering because you,"
"It's okay McGee, he just always had a weird feel about him, you know like he was always watching me staring just really weird, One day he just came into the lab and just stood there. I was sitting in my office. He started walking towards me with a weird look on his face and then he pulled out a knife. Tony had dropped some evidence off that morning so he was coming down to get the report, Gibbs and Ziva were with him. They got there just in time, he was inches away from me."
"I'm outside the lab can you open the..."
"McGee can you here me? McGee?" Abby said going to the door. When she unlocked it McGee was on the floor with Nicolas standing over him.
"Abby" he said as she tried to close the door now that's no way to treat a friend, now is it?"
"Your not a friend! Your crazy." That made him mad, he pulled out a gun and tried to shoot her. McGee had regained consciousness and saw the gun. He was able to stand up and tackle him but the gun went off and McGee laid on the floor out cold
"McGee!" Abby cried running over to him.
"I'm tired of this of this watching, waiting, if I can't have you no one can."
"We can" Tony said shooting Nick in the leg he hit the floor screaming in pain.
"Come on kill me!" Nick yelled.
"No, that would be getting off easy." McGee was waking up and looked at Abby hugging Gibbs scared out of her mind. Nick was laying next to him in pain, Ziva was next to him holding a cloth to his shoulder, when he hit the ground he hit his head and he had a really bad headache. He looked next to him where Tony was about to lift Nick up off the floor he leaned over and said, "No one messes with my Abby." He looked over and smiled seeing Abby talking to Gibbs.
Maybe he would finally ask her on a date.
