Dear mum and dad,
Hi! There's been so much going on so I'm really starry I haven't been visiting a much but I will, don't worry! We went to Italy! I know, it sounds boring but I have to start it as a typical postcard. So, we went to 18th century Italy. What a place! It would be an archaeologists dream to be there! They were right about so many things but wrong about so many other things! We met Casanova and the Doctor got a bit jealous when he said I could cal him Gian! It was was priceless because later on that day the Doctor called him Gian and he said "Never call me that." You should have been here! They made a bet and, to make a long story short the Doctor owes him a chicken. I miss you do much but I'm getting gradually older, you would recognise me but only just. The doctor told me about this place, the whole planet is a library, can you imagine that? Imagine all the archaeology that I could do there!
He took me to the singing towers of dermillion. Turned up with a new haircut and a suit, God, his suit looked ridiculous. He didn't get rid of the bowtie. But the towers sung beautifully and he cried, he refused to tell me why. Then he gave me his screwdriver, which I thought wa weird but who knows why the Doctor does what he does?
Hey dad, the doctor told me to tell you that he's still sorry for what happened on the spaceship, with kidnapping your dad and then the kiss with you. Kiss- wait, what? Dad, did the Doctor kiss you? I have to talk to that man.
Anyway, I've got to go. My expedition to the library is starting. After he mentioned it I told the institute about it and they organised a trip, one of the founders relatives are going.
I'll come visit for mums birthday the minute I get off this trip, I love you.
