"Hi..." Maisie turned, to see Ryan behind her. "I haven't seen you for a... a while." She blushed crimson. He reached out and stroked her midnight hair, now with a flash of strawberry at the roots. She bit her lip and rested her head against his shoulder. "Ugh, why are you so cute..." "He stared at the girl softly banging her head against his shoulder. "Your roots are showing." He pointed out. She moaned and attempted to matt the colour out. "No, no. Don't. I think it looks cute." She raised an eyebrow at him. "You think everything looks cute. Even me." Huffing, she sat down on the bench and he joined her. "Telling the truth is a gruelling task...But someone has to do it." He said, entwining their fingers. He gently brushed his hand against her cheek. He blinked, as if waking from a trance and reached toward his bag. "I had a really hard question in math class today...Maybe you would help me?" He drew out his book and Maisie studied the problem. "I don't understand... U+R+A+Q+T+Pi? I don't...Oh!" She looked up at him in sudden realisation and hugged him. "That's just... Adorable." She mumbled, as she buried her face in his shoulder. "Why don't we go someplace else, hmm?" He murmured.

Maisie was overcome by pulsating music and muted singing coming from behind the walls of the venue. "Ahh, the borderline." Ryan sighed. "The fucking borderline" Maisie corrected him. She was about to go through and something clicked. "Is that... Tom Milsom? And Floodliners?" She squealed "Oh my god, this is fucking amazing! I love you Ryan!" She paused as Ryan turned. "What did you say?" he mumbled. "I said...'My god, this is amazing Ryan'..." "You love me?"
